Hello po, newbie here and need ko po sana ng advice and clarification regarding work experience.

Nag-work po ako 2005-2008 sa IT company as tech support/information systems analyst. After po nun, nagwork na po ako as freelancer via oDesk. Yung work ko po ngayon sa oDesk, IT related pa rin although medyo iba na sa previous work ko. Pwede po bang gamitin NOC yung based sa previous employment which is Information Systems Analyst (2171) or dapat po yung NOC kung ano lang yung present work?

Another question po, kung freelancer po ba nirerequire magsubmit ng ITR?

Sana po mabigyan kami ng tamang advice kasi nagpa-assess po ako sa 2 consultancy firms and magkaiba po ang sinabi nila.

You can apply for a NOC that is with your previous job, no need for it to be current, as long as it's at least 1 year.
You can also declare your current part-time/freelance work for your NOC, if you say you've been doing it since 2008, pasok ka na for at least 1 year work experience.
If you are applying for your past job's NOC, no need to claim NOC points for your freelance work, but it would be nice to submit a few papers to prove that it is your current line of work for your personal history (e.g. receipts from oDesk).
So go for the NOC with fewer applicants.

Hi po. Share ko lang, na-excite ako sa charging ng CIC sa akin so I tried calling the contact center using magic jack para makita sa ECAS. I managed to get the UCI for my application. for a couple of days, walang record found but today, it suddenly says our app is IN PROCESS. May nabasa ako dati that more likely PER is on its way. Well, i hope it's right.
