DD ka din pala. Bpi din ako kaya sa PER na lng aasa. Trust God. His plans are the best. This week baka may may PER na kayo!

Uu DD din ako parehas tayo. di ako mapakali kakaisip kung ano ba nakalimutan ko like may form ba ako di na-sign, may important field not filled out, does my JD matches NOC 2174, may kulang bang supporting docs (even though I reviewed it about 20-30 times hanggang sa DHL inulit ulit ko pa). Pero dapat wag na isipin yan hehe. Dapat positive na talaga. If you think positive, the result will be positive!

tingin2 tayo sa global forum kung may nakareceive na ng PER na DD ang mode of payment. dapat around that time maka-receive na din tayo pero let's give ourselves mga 1 month grace period kung wala pa din. ganyan nalang ang mindset hehe

hello! sorry if there has been a similar question already but hope you guys can still help
i am contemplating whether to submit my application this yr (maybe i can send it midwk of Nov or early December) or should I wait for express entry?
i have read na mas ok pa rin daw FSW kasi mas walang certainty si EE, tho i still need to take IELTS and have my education assessed from WES (I am estimating the result might take 2-6wks time) kaya if ever Nov na talaga makakapagpasa
my noc is 2171 po pala

Here is the my conversation with Oscar7, a senior in the international thread who successfully added a document to his file.

If you back-read the international threads, there are a couple of cases who successfully added a follow-up document to their file but I believe the chances are very slim though considering the one you want to be added is a crucial element of a complete file but there's no harm in trying.

I personally suggest that you gather another set of documents and get ready for re-submission. 2241 is not that hot today but I believe it will pick up its pace by the year's end.

Parehas lang naman nakalagay ah? Basta kapag magpapasa ka ng PCC with app, dapat less than 3 months old siya. Kapag may PCC request ka naman from local VO, basta hindi expired, ok na yan.

Kaya lang naman nila linagay yang note na yan ay dahil iba-iba ang processing times ng mga local VOs at baka mag-expire lang ang sinubmit na PCC along with the application.

They will calculate the age on application received date. Don't worry.

kasi kmi dati sa case namin.. we have submitted our 2nd application last april 2014 pahabol sa FSW2013 with only copy of IELTS and ECA report.
Nag engaged din kami s british council at ECA to forward a original reports sa CIC but sad to say returned application p rin kmi kasi hindi orig ung
IELTS at ECA report nung nagcheck sa completeness check.. hindi namin alam kung nasaan n ung mga orig reports kasi sa dami ng documents na dumadating s CIC d rin nla mtrace khit may UCI no.
Chances to pass completeness check are minimal in this situation..

Try mo lang mag submit this FSW2014.. Courier Fee lang naman ang damage mo yung ECA at IELTS mo magagamit mo rin in the future.
Di natin alam kung pano ang takbo ng NOC mo. anyways.. 1st or being 999th applicant. pareho din yan

CIC received my application: 5th Nov 2013
Completeness check results: 18th Dec 2013 (base on the email by CIC)
1.5 months

2nd application :
CIC received my application: 7th april 2014
Completeness check results: 15th April 2014 (base on the email by CIC)
1 week lang kasi rush sila kasi mag end n ung FSW 2013

Here are steps once received by CIC.
Completeness Check

1. They received couriers and do a initial documentation check for completeness and compliance of the application.
2. Check if the applications forms are all completely filled, payments are ok, all required documentation are enclosed.
3. Check if we have valid 1 year experience in the claimed NOC(a part of the 50 occupations list)
4. Check the CAP has been reached for that NOC yet.
5. They accept the payments as submitted with application and that's the last stage of the completeness check.
6. If the application passes the completeness check, it's put in the queue for the Eligibility Review. * If not they send the application back stating the reason for return.

Eligibility Review

1. During the Eligibility Review, they check and award points for the following 6 selection factors

Education
Work Experience
Age
Language Proficiency
Adaptability
Arranged Employment

2. In addition to these 6 factors, they check for the proof of funds as per the guidelines. They also do the background check for the above at this point before awarding points( they confirm the job duties comply with requirements for that particular NOC and that experience documents are satisfactory.

Positive Final Determination of Eligibility for Processing

1.If the applicant gets 67 points or more, then his/her application will be transferred to the visa office identified by the applicant on the IMM 0008 form for a Final Selection Decision. CIO will send out an email confirming this which will indicate a Positive Final Determination of Eligibility for Processing. If the applicant fails Eligibility Review, again CIO sends and email out to confirm the reasons for the same, and that they are initiating a refund of the processing fee.

2. Once an applicant receives a Positive Final Determination of Eligibility for Processing from the CIO, applicant will be able to check the ECAS Status of their application. We can use the application number/UCI Number/Payment receipt number, all of which we can get form the email that CIO sends out, to check the ECAS status.

At this Point you can access your ECAS.

Hi Mrs. M, based on my experience, nagsubmit din kami ng credentials (Diploma, TOR, COE, and the likes) ng fiance ko kahit ako ang principal applicant. Nagkataon na din kasi na may ECA at IELTS na din sya so sinama na din namin. I think there's no harm naman kasi we have received our PER na. Pero hindi rin naman kailangan ipasa if ever. ;-)
