NO to GREAT IMAGE SM megamall. We showed them the printout from CIC, the detailed instructions of the photo required, still, our pics were rejected.

Awww that sucks! I used Great Image SM Rosario branch. Wala naman naging problem so far. I just checked the pictures' dimensions prior to sending them and they were according to the specs naman.
