'Coz I confirmed from the bank e ang sabi not yet encashed pa daw yung DD.

Pag OK na ang CIO Checking more or less wala na problema? e authenticate nalang ba mga documents sa VO and antay nalang for further instruction nila for Meds and passport?

Checked the ECAS today using my old UCI. Status says "We received your application for permanent residence on May 9, 2014".

Does that mean I'm bound to receive my PER through email any time soon?

hi guys good news po ito!
Kaso hindi pa bumabalik ang application ko, I know hindi na umabot yun application ko since na reach na yun cap last year. Kailangan ko yun original docs from IELTS and WES ko.
I need help po paano ma contact ang CIC about my application I haven't receive any emails from them if my application was already returned.

markzman13, parehas tayo d rin bumalik ung papers ko, d ko n kinulit request k n lng ng IELTS mo ulit kung valid pa. yun lng d natin alm kung ano ung UCI natin.

Sino po ba dito nakakalam kung pano hingiin ang UCI ng mga previous applicats?

what if, may isang occupation ka na hindi nagfall sa NOC, pero nilagay mo pa din sa sched form, yung noc code na yun sa occupation mo.
anong mangyayari? hindi mabibigyan ng points para sa occupation na yun, or reject agad? kahit isang occupation lang na hindi nagfall sa NOC code mo?

Bago po ako. Nakatanggap po ako ng email na, pasok ako for Canadian Permanent residency under the FSW program.

Wala po ako ganong idea on how to proceed. Ano po ba ang next step?

anong mangyayari? hindi mabibigyan ng points para sa occupation na yun, or reject agad? kahit isang occupation lang na hindi nagfall sa NOC code mo?

Sa pagkakaalam ko fanmail lets say for example may occupation experience ka aside sa NOC mo na wala sa listed 50 eligible occupation, pero kung yung occupation mo na yun is ngffall under NOC A, B, or O skill level category then may points yun. I hope it helps.

may isa kasi akong occupation, parang medyo lihis sa NOC code ko, pero nilagay ko pa din sa form, na lahat ng occupation ko, NOC code is xxxx, same lahat.

hehe, nakatanggap din ako ng email, pero galing sa consultant, kasi nag-ask ako sa kanila dati, pero DIY lang ako

Anu ba NOC mo and anu yun experience n nilagay mo other than you NOC? I think bbgyan nila ng points yung sayo. Mas malinaw na ba? hehe

kaso hindi ko lam kung bibigyan nila ako ng points, kasi lahat ng nilagay ko don sa work history, puro 2173

i.e

2yrs - occuptaion1 - noc 2173
3yrs - occupation2 - noc 2173
3yrs - occupation3 - noc 2173

kaso dapat ata nilagay ko sa occupation1, is noc 2174...nilagay ko kasi lahat 2173, since yun yung ina-aaplyan ko. mali ba? mabibigyan pa din kaya ng points yun?

Nobody knows kung kelan maabpot yun CAP reached, wether hot or cold yung NOC mo. Ayusin mo docs mo and magaaply kna asap. Atleast hndi ka mgreregret kasi nagtry ka. All the best!
