tulong po mga guys sa assets and liabilities:

pinalad po ako mkabili ng property bale X-value na po ang nabayaran at may natitira pang Y-value na kelangan mabayaran by this year..


ASSETS = Pesos X-value (proof is deed of sale needed??)
LIABILITIES = Pesos Y-value (kelangan p po ba ng document as proof?)


at pwede din po ba isama ang life insurances namen ng asawa ko as assets??? wala din po ako kotse..

Hello!

Base on ECA Table you are entitled for 21 points..You are not entitled for 22 points because you have only one 3 years credentials and the other one is 2..the table says it should be 2 of 3 or more years credentials.

"2 or more post-secondary credentials (3 year or longer post-secondary credential required)"

Thank you sa reply, ito nga nakakalito kasi sabi ng iba 22 points kasi 2 or more post secondary credentials or diploma and atleast one lang ang 3 years or more credential. kaya gusto ko makita saan na link website makikita ang 22 points. kasi kelangan ko maka 22 points para man lang umabot ako sa 67 points .

tanong ko lang kung naka-staple yung mga sheets na belonging to same form? example yung 9 sheets ng IM0008 naka-staple ba sa inyo or iniwan nyo na loose sheets lahat and then pasok lang sa envelope?

I think that's right 22 points nga. Makikita mo yan sa Guide 7000. Sorry I cant get the link uber slow ng mobile data ko ngayon.

I didnt staple any of the forms and supporting docs. Nilagyan ko lang paper clip ung photos and mailing labels.

para pagkahugot na pagkahugot ng VO sa papers mo,

Nakalagay po AT LEAST ONE yung 3 years or more... kaya pasok pa rin siya sa 22 points.

re po sa WES assessment dba po yun TOR to be send by school while yun diploma ako yun magsesend.
question: sabi ng school hindi daw daw nila efoforward yun docs ko (TOR and WES form) to WES ako daw yun magsesend though naka fully sealed naman daw yun docs,... Pede ko ba isabay yun TOR and WES form togerther with my copy of diploma sa iisang courier nalng pero kanya kanyang envelop sya.. advantage sakin kc nakaktipid ako..iisang bayad lng.

ganyan din ginawa ko, at least parehas nilang na-receive, at nakatipid pa ako sa shipping fee
may friend kasi ako, nagtanong sa WES kung pwede siya na lang daw magsend ng ng sealed envelope at ng diploma, ok naman daw.
ayun, nakuha ko naman yung result ko sa WES, in 4days

Hi..personal application ko lang masshare sa inyo for others may account things differently.
You can add up all your assets then minus liabilities basta ensure nyo lang na yung balance enough sya to show as POF. (For form po eto yung iffill-out nyo)

The actual documents naman that I submitted for POF were savings bank cert, time dep cert, variable life insurance policy showing the withrawable amount/funds as of, investment in stocks na withrawable din anytime. Important kse yung unencumbered at transferable anytime.
