1. sa General Application form, di ba po, mauuna yung pages na may barcodes, yung sa akin po kasi, 5 pages, yung 4 and 5 yung may barcodes, pero sa 5th page na yung may signature, so tama po ba, yung ginawa ko, 4 and 5, then 1,2,3 pages?

2. yung ibang application forms ko po, back to back yung print, yung iba, nde naman, one side lang format? ok lang po ba yun, hindi ko sure kung may format po e

Hi.. Clarify ko LNG..

Halimbawa ang experience mo:
NOC 3233 (licensed practical nurse) - 2 years
NOC 3012 (registered nurse) - 2 years
NOC 3011 (nurse supervisor) - 2 years

Halos same lang naman halos ang mga job descriptions nila esp dun sa 3233 and 3012, May scope of practice Lang.

Then ang pinili mo na primary NOC 3233.

Does this mean ang total counted na experience mo is 6 years equivalent to 15 points?

Also, halimbawa naabutan ka ng cap limit sa NOC 3233, automatic ba na I-coconsider ka sa other NOC na qualified ka and nasa 50 eligible NOCs Rin like 3012 and 3011? Or do we need to submit a different application package for that? (Ang alam ko kasi pwedeng multiple applications under different NOCs ang I submit)

Based on explanation ni dbase, 15 points nga ang makukuha mo. But you have to apply separately for every NOC you want to apply

just starting my application. my ielts result will be ready only by aug1. my question is my master in business admin diploma is in filipino, though UP diliman has a diploma translation (pay service) my question is, sino gagawa ng affidavit? me? cause its clear sa instruction ng cic na need ng affidavit? anyone who have same predicament?

Also, another requirement is certified true copy of the orig diploma, again UP diliman has pay service for this, I also have it na, can anybody clarify if this is enough or do I have it to be notarized pa?

I have two credentials, one bachelors(school A) and another masters (school B), you mean I can asked my two schools A+B, to fill up the WES form and put my TOR in sealed envolope, then I put my diploma in another envelope. Go to DHL and put all three sealed envelope in one package, ako yong sender and my address? Did you include a cover letter or something?

Yes, name ko ang sender. Kasi I have three credentials for assessment from different schools. So it will also be not believable that one of the schools will mail the three credentials. Baka nga they consider that kasi three credentials ko. Now, if they have doubts they can always make verification from the school via email. Kaya sa form may email add na required.

Yes. Except that you may opt (to be safe at this crucial time) to use the address of one of the schools as the sender's address.

regarding your translation of your school credentials..
if UP does the translation, I think no need for affidavit. Why? Kasi the translated one will be their official issuance to you.

She have working experience under 3012. RN

From September -April =7 months
Working hours 12 hours(7am-7pm) Monday to Thursday
8 hours (8am-5pm) Fridays & Saturdays

As per the website requirement under NoC u should have at least 1 Year/1560 hours working experience well in her case she work 7 months but the total number of hours is like 1560 or more.

Will she be qualify? ???

My diploma is also in Filipino so I went to OUR and got the certified translation of the original. I didn't make an affidavit since it already came from the university registrar.

No need to have it notarized.

San mo nakita yung 1560 hours working experience? Sa guide na download ko nakalagay AT LEAST 1 YEAR of continuous full-time, paid work experience or the equivalent in continuous part-time work. To be honest, medyo mahirap ata isatisfy yung work experience factor na yan.

That what I thought, i guess Im just overthinking everything. i only found out my occupation is included this time sa fsw. Parang di na ata ako aabot, though my noc is very cold.

Hi! Sa latest update 7 palang na RNs ang may PER. Then looking at the global spreadsheet, there are less than 50 applicants for NOC 3012. I reckon marami pa pong cap left.
