Awwww. So eto po un sken. I will apply under noc 1212.
Code 1212 - 1.5years
Code 1431 - 2.5years

Ex.

Pero I could be wrong ha.. Kaya u choose nlng yung kasali sa 50 NOCs na Kung saan May mahaba kang experience AND get back-up points (relative in canada, higher IELTS score, IELTS of spouse) para cgurado.

Educ -19 points
Employment - 11 points (13 points Kung sali nila yung NOC isang eligible NOC ko)
Age -12
Language -24
Arranged employment -0
Adaptability - 10 points (relative canada 5; IELTS spouse 5)

As you can see..
If count ko yung educ + age + language + employment 11 points = 66 points
If count ko yung educ + age + language + employment 13 points = 68 points

Ma-shoshort ako ng 1 point.

So what I did was, I claimed points for my relative in canada and sinabay ko na Rin pina-take si husband ng IELTS kasi di ko Rin naman alam na makukuha ko pala ang max na 24 points. Ngaun, sobra na ang points namin.. Pero ok lang, at least Kung CIC will count May work experience as 11 or 13 points pasok pa Rin and Kung May Mali pa ako sa Ibang points assessment ko, maco-cover naman ng excess points.

Thank you willow05. Nalulungkot ako. Super. Seems that I will not be able to get score of 67. :(

Don't lose hope yet.. As long as di hot ang NOC mo, May chance pa yan!

Good luck!

Dalawa kalaban natin, work experience at pof,

question sa JD ulit, ok lang poba kung walang letter of explanation yung ibang employer? ok na po ba yung affidavit of employment reference from manager?

As long as you are not claiming points for them.. Sabi sa global forums, ok lang daw.

Ang importante na complete ang mga work related documents ay dun sa NOC where you are claiming points.

Parang Hirap ata yung arranged employment.. Swerte tlaga Kung Meron..

In the application, do you also need to provide spouse's Transcript of Records and Letter of Referral from his employers for the last 10 years? - I'm not claiming points for his IELTS.

I was just surprise, because going through the 2013 SGP-VO Applicants thread, I saw some of them were asked for those documents.

Especially yung letter of reference with job description kasi yun ang basehan nila for point evaluation.

Wala po akong format ng letter of explanation kasi sinubmit ko po ay letter of reference with JD, contract, pay stubs dun sa main NOC ko, then generic na COE lang dun sa other jobs ko na di ako nag claclaim ng points.

As per checklist http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf di naman po hinihingi so I don't think na kelangan mo mag submit ng mga docs na yun about your spouse.

Sa akin, di ko naman po in-include.. Sinama ko lang IELTS Nya kasi I am claiming points for that.

Not sure with fswp 2013, Baka sa checklist nila, kelangan.. Pero as far as d
Fswp 2014 is concerned, no need po.

ahh, sige gawa na lang ako ng self affidavit (letter of explanation) for each company (NOC related), ngayon kasi ang naka-prepare ko pa lang yung, letter of reference with JD, annual salary, hrs per week, designation from manager.

Thanks thanks :)
