Hello Ladies/Gents,

Does anyone has an idea what is the equivalence for a 2 year vocational/certificate IT course sa atin compared sa Canadian academic standards?

I have submitted kase ung TOR & diploma ko sa WES for the ECA. I hope makuha ko ung post-secondary (one year program) which is 15 points. Pag bumaba pa dun, no chance of hitting the 67 points :(.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Pwede mo check sa link na to

https://www.wes.org/ca/preliminary/poe.asp?

Police Clearance po, pero I think pwede mo sya i pass later on upon request ng VO

Yung concern ko is about settlement funds. Irereject ba nila ung application pag nagkataon?

Doon po sa IMM5669E na form under Education and Personal History, kelangan ilagay yung City and Country.

Hi All,

I'm new to this site. I want to seek advise regarding my situation because I'm planning to apply for FSWP but I just filed my annulment so I don't know how am I going to fill up the CIC general immigration form because technically I'm still married so should I write my status as married and fill up my husband's details in the form but I'm not able to obtain his signature and all other documents required by CIC such as police clearance and his photos because we're already filling an annulment. What documents should I present to CIC about our annulment because it's still on process yet? Would it delay my application?

Pls help.

Thank you

question po ulit :)

Subject for rejection yan pag nalaman nila.

Same question here. Are they very strict with the details of the COE? Here are my concern:

-All my Letter of Employment only states that I'm a full time employee but not the number of work hours.
- All my Letter of Employment only states the my salary in month and not annual
- One of my Letter of Employment only indicate a very generic listing of my responsibilities only 3 bullets.
- While the other LOE only states that my duties is to be referred to the attached page.--- but told me to just list my duties and responsibilities and print it on a plain paper and attach it. Would that be acceptable? They said they will not print it on the company's letterhead paper.

To be on the safe side, my best bet is to be mindful about what's "required" para hindi rin tayo mag-alala at ma-stress while waiting for our applications to be processed.

Letters must be:
written on company letterhead

Letters must include all of the following information:
the number of hours worked per week in each position

Just my two cents po:

Our applications for PR is a life-changing decision and is stressful as it is so hindi dapat natin gawing option ang magbakasakali at maghope for things that we can control naman pala to start with. I'd suggest that you try to talk to your manager so that he/she can create a reference letter for you covering all the bases of what's required for the COE.

Thank you po :)

Wala... Same lang!

Ex. Claiming for points for relative in canada, biglang di pala sila convinced sa supporting docs mo, pero May IELTS ang asawa mo, so pasok pa Rin....
