I just searched what NOCs are all about. Yung job na fit saken ay NOC 1111, Financial Auditors and Accountants.
Do you think madali ma fill-in ung NOC na eto?

Get all your documents ASAP, the earlier you gather, complete and send them, the better your NOC is not one of the "hot" ones so I think you're safe. Most of us ata dito puros DIY rin, either burned by agency before or just plain DIY right from the start.

Tips Lang is to read thoroughly the guidelines, compile the required documents, sign and date all necessary forms, kayang kaya ang DIY.

Hi Everyone,

Newbie here. Same as Matzpack, I've just recently decided to try to migrate to Canada and I'm planning to do it all by myself. I'm just starting my research about FSW and came across this forum. I've read through a few threads from here, including the requirements on CIC site. I would like to ask for your opinion/experience, if you think there's still chance if I start processing now, or would it be too late for the NOC 2171 cap? I'll probably be able to send out my application by mid-end Aug. Do you think it would be wiser to just get my documents ready and just apply for the 2015 Express Entry? Or can I do both?

2171 is not as hot as 2174 or even 2173, I think safe ka pa, just do everything ASAP.

Our documents were returned last year due to cap filled (2174), they were able to check it I think Nov, we received it back March but based on the global spreadsheet mukhang mas mabilis this year. May mga nakatanggap na ng returned documents (mga May 1-2 applicants).
I would suggest trying your luck this year, with this express entry kasi, very vague pa ang rules, what if mas mahirap na ang procedure at criteria nila dba?

@ppmom and @fanmail - thanks po sa reply. eto na, I'm starting to swipe off my credit card na with the IELTS and WES... hahah.. bahala na kung pano babayarin si Credit Card

By the way. If I'm staying in Singapore and I submit the application via Philippines VO, (since I heard that its a lot quicker in processing) would I need to be present/physically there (Pinas) anytime during the process? Or can I just get someone from the Philippines to handle it for me? Thanks.

Hi ayanami2281! I spoke to one of the FSW2013 applicants in this forum. Dito din siya sa SG base. And yung mga kasabay nya na nag apply under FSW2013, nilagay SGVO sa application but their files were all transferred to Manila from SGVO. According to him, they did all the requests here in SG including medical. Tapos nung passport request dito na sa SGVO pina-stamp. I came accross one post of a pinoy din na sa Malaysia naman base, na transfer din sa Manila ang file nya. Hope this helps.

And yung mga kasabay nya na nag apply under FSW2013, nilagay SGVO sa application but their files were all transferred to Manila from SGVO. According to him, they did all the requests here in SG including medical. Tapos nung passport request dito na sa SGVO pina-stamp. Oh, so you mean, processing speed would still be the same either sa Pinas or sa SGP VO ko isubmit since they'll transfer it there din pala. And I assume that I'm not physically needed to be in the Philippines, since I can do everything else here na? Thanks so much @mrs_fca

I don't think it's as hot now as it used to be. There's no harm in trying. You might still reach the cap. Gather all your required docs asap.
