Good day all!

I just need your opinion about Proof of Funds / Settlement Funds....

So if upon application ang sinumbmit niyo po na Certificate of Balance is having an xxx amount for your settlement funds, should that same amount also reflect on your bank statement kapag prinocess na ng VO ang papers niyo? What if, after the submission of papers to Canada (assuming you got the PER), eh nabawasan yung pera, and then the VO will finally ask for your proof of funds and then you were able to produce the same xxx amount, will there be an impact to that? I read po kasi from the other threads, that you should keep that xxx amount of money in your account until VO processing... If this is the case, do you know kung gaano katagal ang processing after PER result?

Thanks po in advance for your answers.

Schedule A: Background Declaration IMM 5669
Completed, dated and signed by everyone in the following list :
*the principal applicant
*spouse or common law
*each dependent child over age 18yrs

So this means po ba na 2 copies ang i sesend ko? one who's filled up by me (the principal applicant) and one for my spouse so tig isa po kaming IMM 5669 na form? pero sa area of signature is nakalagay declaration of applicant lang.. medyo naguguluhan po ako please clarify wala po kasi masyadong answer akong nakita sa mga threads.

Also same din po ba ang gagawin namin sa IMM 5406 ? eto rin po kasi ang nakalagay sa checklist
Completed, dated and signed by :
*you as the principal applicant
*your spouse or common law partner
*each dependent child over age 18yrs

Can you share what you did po sa papers nyo. Thanks

If you don't have dependents over 18, yes, you need 2 forms only, one for you and one for your spouse. For your spouse's form, your spouse will sign.

Hi kabayans!

Hi all... I am finalizing my application. I will be sending it on Monday. Sana makahabol pa... Praying ng maraming dasal!

I posted this in the global forums, pero parang ang Hirap I-track ang replies dun kasi ang bills dumami ng pages.

Anyway, eto po ang questions ko:

I just got my IELTS result, I know I only need 6 in all areas, so I know I passed. But can you give me the exact points for these please?
L- 8; S-7.5; W-7; R-7

Also,

1. When filling out forms using the computer, non-applicable areas are immediately "grayed-out" and you cannot type anything in the box. (Ex. when you check NO in questions like "do you have a national identity document?"; the next boxes which asks for document number, issue dates, etc. are grayed-out).
My question is, do I need to manually write "not applicable" in every box after I printed it?

2. Payment - my aunt who is in canada agreed to pay for my application fee using her credit card. She already gave me the info I need. In the payment form, there is a box that asks for the signature of the cardholder, is it okay if I just email her the filled-out form, she then prints and signs it, and send it back to me through email? Will this be acceptable?

3. Supplementary information of your travels form (IMM 5562) - should I include our scheduled future travel in September? Was thinking that when visa officer might request for original passports later and he might think that we have an undeclared travel.

4. Some of my documents are printed in legal size paper (longer than A4) like certificates from our local registrar, is this okay if not all of my documents are not printed in A4 paper?

5. Since some of my documents are printed in legal size paper, can I use a longer envelope? Or should I fold my documents and fit it in the specified size posted in the cic website Wich is "23 cm x 30.5 cm (9″ x 12″) envelope"?

Thank you so much!

L- 8; S-7.5; W-7; R-7 = 23pts

1. NO need na sulatan pa ng N/A kasi naka grayed out na at may validation naman sa form na yun.
2. Dapat original form ng payment.. pwede mo email yung form, have her sign then courier it back to you.
3. No need include yung future travels.. most of the time nag rerequest naman yung Manila VO ng updated Personal History.
4. Ok lang sir kung may long paper documents kayo. no issue.

tips :D yung ginawa ko on my legal sized paper docs ko. I scanned it then printed on A4 size since copies lang naman need nila.

GoodLuck! ;)

Then I agree with the rest of the answers of Bluemav. Marami atang nagsubmit ng long envelope, ako ang ginawa ko naman is I cropped the long envelope and made it 10 x 13 para magkasya yung docs hehe

Good luck sa application Willow05 :)

Ayy Ganun po ba? So, matatagalan pa pala and ma gastos Kung mag CC ako... Kasi mail pa from canada ang form.
