Hindi pa po. Magpapasa pa lang. Ano po ba exact na ilalagay dun? MANILA, PHILIPPINES VISA OFFICE or LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM VISA OFFICE? Ganyan po ba kung pipili ako sa dalawa.

Kabayan.i suggest try mo ups.i think dhl is having ptoblems right now.madami di nila alam kung nasan na documents nila.ako ganun dn.stock sya ontario service area friday p.no updates yet khet tumawag s call center.also,kumpletuhin mo yung address tulad ng nakalahay sa envelope mo.

If you arr confident that your noc would not be filled in anytime soon ok lang.syempre mabagal yun darating plus difficult to track your documents.

E pano po pag courier, sa CIO parin po ba derecho nun? Ang alam ko po kasi iba ung address kapag thru courier.

Here's another change that was made in the IMM0008 form this month. May bug nga sa JavaScript nila, kaya na-disable yung printing by accident. It's since been fixed. When you hit print, this pop-up message appears.


This electronic form, in PDF format, can be completed electronically and printed for submission, or printed and completed by hand. Completing the form electronically (typing the information) is faster and easier and reduces the risk of errors that can slow down the application process. This form also features bar codes that facilitates data entry.

To return to the form press the CANCEL button on the print dialogue.
