Its all up to you. What ive done is just follow exactly the CIC instruction and i did not include the documents that were not asked to provide otherwise might lead to confusion but again its all up to you.

To be honest mas mura pa singil ng mga Immigration consultants based in Canada itself. Mas matutulungan kapa pag may aberya sa papers. Unlike sa pinas...

Nice to have found this forum! matagal na po akong naghahanap ng ganito since I did not avail of immigration consultany services kasi ang mahal, haha.

I have a question lang po about the work experience requirement. Kailangan po ba talaga ang job description sa reference letter? I'm a staff ER nurse and I've worked sa middle east 3 years ago. May reference letter po ako and employment cert but there's no job description written there. Kailangan pa po ba talaga yon? Hindi ba clear cut na ang job description ng nurses? Can I make my own? It's been a long time na and hindi na naman ako makakarequest non.

Required ang Job Details isa yun sa mga crucial part ng application natin. Try mo lang gumawa ng reference letter tapos pa sign mo nalang sa Manager/Supervisor mo. Hindi kasi pwede yung self declared Job Details naka indicate sa CheckList under Work Experience.

Sana ma help nyo ko konting advice lang. Nasa gathering of docs stage pa lang ako. Newly married december 2013 pero im using old passport na mag expire next year november 2015. Kung magpasa ko ng application this july, ano ang dapat na name ang gamitin ko? Maiden name of married name? Plan ko na din kase mag renew passport. Thanks!

magparenew ka na po ng passport kasi at least 2 years valid dapat ang passport from the date application received date.

Im not sure, Charge Nurse same as Supervisor Level? or Seniority lang? Later on may chance na contact nila yung signee tapos verify yung Job Details mo. Anyways

The Chief Nursing officer is the immediate supervisor of a staff nurse. The next best person who can sign a detailed JD is the assistant CN, or the HR head. Head nurses and sups are just rank and file. They cannot attest to your JD. if they can, walang bearing yan.
