Those 3 documents lang po ang meron ako since binabayaran lang po ako ng cash. Applicable po ba ang pagpapa notarize ng mga letters from employer? Andito na po kasi ako sa Canada and then suddenly nag open yung FSWP. Thank you po sa reply.

Not necessarily n notarize yung mga certi mo kc hindi nman sinabi sa check list n dapat notarize. I notarze my certi kc easy for me to do it but not needed. CIC may ask for original if they want to..hard to say if that is enough coz it all depends on VO officer but what you have submitted are the main docs to support your claims..for my view that would be enough, only worry is why they are paying you cash, are they paying tax? Are they a registerd company?

Opo registered po sila at nagbabayad ng tamang tax, part time lang po kasi ako dun habang nag aaral ako hanggang nitong August 2012. December 2012 po ako nag grad from U.E Pero yung Employment Certificate, Reference letter at work contract po willing po yung employer ko na gawaan ako. Worried lang po ako pag nag hanap ng pay slip or tax slip. Thank you

Hi! Im confused now...can someone help me with the NOC code? I placed NOC 0121 - for i had years in being a manager in an Insurance Company and i had people under me making the sales target. I thought my NOC code is 0121...until i opened the NOC code 2011...and that;s when i got really confused. i am about to submit my applications this tuesday... can someone help me my exact code?... coz theres this noc code 0131...i wonder now which exact noc code i belong..

noc0131 is not included in this year's eligible noc. if you are applying for noc0121, ok nayun just make sure that your jd is aligned with the description on the site.if you are in doubt, try to seek the help of your agent (sayang bayad sa kanila ;D) or ask the seniors from the forum. please note that jd is very critical.dont worry much about 0131 wala naman sya sa list. just concentrate on noc 0121 so u can apply and if you need to work it out please do so. maraming namang gumagawa nyan. ;D

You should include a letter explaining the reason and giving them the reference number to track your documents.

may nabalitaan naba kaung nabigyan ng PER sa mga May 5th applicants?
nakakakaba nmn, inantay ko kung my email saken kahapon kc May 29 nacharged CC ko eh.

btw guys, andito na ako sa canada, working under open permit pero naka ML kc nanganak ako nitong May lang. Sabi form IMM 0008, ung VO n dapat ilagay is either ung country of nationality (which is Manila) or VO sa present country of residence (CPC- Ottawa) as long as naka one year na. kaso kc sa June 9 pa ako mag wa one year dito sa canada at nareceived sa CIO ang apply ko for FSW nung May5, so Manila VO nilagay ko hindi Ottawa.

Okay lang kaya un? naguluhan ako, sana naman hindi un maging cause ng refusal ko.

Thanks! Follow up mo na ulit bukas, sayang araw. yun nangyari naman sa kin nun nakaraan delayed passport. Dapat nakapag pass na ko sana ng May pa lang. last Friday lang dumating passport. sana wag na ma experience ng iba.

Seniors, pwede magtanong about assets and liabilities? Ok lang ba na ang assets mo lang ay yung show money na rinerequire nila sa Canada + more? Say for example, PHP 2M then sa liabilities, since nabenta ko na lahat at naliquidate, ilalagay ko is Php 0. Ayaw ng PDF file na ma-enter yung ganung value so I-handwrite ko nalang. Any experience with this na nagging successful sa pag apply sa immigration? :-\

Sana ma help nyo ko konting advice lang. Nasa gathering of docs stage pa lang ako. Newly married december 2013 pero im using old passport na mag expire next year november 2015. Kung magpasa ko ng application this july, ano ang dapat na name ang gamitin ko? Maiden name of married name? Plan ko na din kase mag renew passport. Thanks!

As u said earlier that you have submitted ur application way back 2005, if that is still active then you should mentioned that in your application, perhaps you may give them any reference number of your application which i believed you have that already from the CIC correspondence from ur previous application. If you have submitted your application w/o a letter or not mentioning about your previous application then how the immigration know that you have previous application, please note that the application will first screen for completeness and not necessarily putting your name in the system and trace if you have previous application. So again, in completeness check CIC may possibly miss that you already submitted the documents that are not included in your fsw2014. If you have done it so, don't be discouraged because you have provided your ECA which is the most important docs in assessing your qualification...

Well..good to have that but not necessarily as long as you have 67 points you are all good to go...
