Actually sir, I sent it last May 8 and it's expected to arrive on the 12th or 13th the most. I just felt nervous as 2174 is one of the hottest NOC.

Mga magppdala ng documents so it will arrive same day
As yours and CIC mentioned that they will
Get the same process for the last qualified applicants
Arrived at the same time...but I think in my opinion only
And not to argue, it will be cap reach in two or three months time..

hi, everyone nice to be back in the fsw forum. I just want to ask something about the situation of my husband. last year he applied for noc 2174 but unfortunately binalik yung papers niya due to cap reached. Nabasa ko yung latest priority list and just wondering kung saan po kaya pwede ipasok ang E-learning Director? Noc 2174 was really hot last year so baka di nanaman kami makahabol ngayon. He is actually an IT instructor pero sa college kasi and noc 4011 is only for university professor and lecturer.

As a background, aside from being an IT instructor, he was also the E-Learning Director and as well IT Dean. He already has WES Assessment and IELTS result.

DHL ang ginamit ko pag-send ng docs kasi wala na daw FedEx sa area namin,
Air21 na ang nag-takeover sa pwesto ng FedEx na napuntahan ko kanina.

di ko na natanong kung same cargo lang ba ang gagamitin ng Air21 at FedEx
kasi wala naman akong nabalitaan na nag-merge ang 2 courier companies dito
sa Pinas.

kaya dun na ko sa tested courier ko, DHL!
4 working days daw ang shipment at sa May 15 (Manila time) ang expected na
delivery date nya.

may naka-gamit na ba dito ng Air21 sa pagpapadala ng application form/documents?
mas mabilis ba sya kesa FedEx o DHL?

Why bother to include them,unless they will
Ask you to help them when they migrate to CA later..
If you are sure that they do not need you or need them
To provide assistance to migrate to CA then why bother. Put in this
Way, if you yourself doesn't have a contact with your
Half bro/ sis how much more the immigration..
They will not gonna check your entire family to
Trace up who is your sister or brother and
They definitely will not trace their whereabouts..
Again, this is if you sure that they will not
Seeking your help to migrate or visit soon to

Im just worried na if i don't declare, it will be case of misrepresentation. Nakakita ako ng mga example sa internet na their applications were rejected kasi hindi nila declared yung half siblings nila

maybe you can declare them dun sa form at least write the names, and then sa details like address and birthday, leave them blank then submit a letter explaining na wala kang contact sa kanila? suggestion ko lang naman yan, pero may point din naman na kung wala silang magiging business with CIC later on, as immigrant man or tourist, ok lang na hindi mo i-declare

Question po para sa magbabayad through DD. May kailangan po ba tayong isulat sa back ng DD? Napasa na kasi namin ang application namin pero nabasa ko somewhere na kailangan daw isulat ang full name at dob sa likod ng DD. Wala kasi akong nabasa sa fee payment guide na ganun so we didn't write anything on it. Alin po ba ang tama?

Hi everyone! Another aspirant here for FSWP 2014. We weren't lucky enough last 2013. The quota for our eligible occupation was reached a month after they got our application package. We didn't follow up and waited for 5 months only to find out that we didn't make it to the quota. They sent our application back October 2013 and got it March this year. Ang tagal! Anyway, good thing our occupation is still in the list. We just submitted our application after redoing the forms and getting the updated documents (new bank certifications, pictures, etc.) Hopefully palarin this year. Good luck sa ating lahat. Sana makapasok tayo!
