hello mga kabayan!
question lang. kase i had 6 years solid experience as a registered nurse in the Ph.
last march 21, 2014 nag punta ako dito sa saudi to work. so roughly 2 mos palang ako dito.
ofcourse i have to declare na current country of residence ko is saudi, but how about my other supporting documents?
kase ang COE ko, NBI clearance and national identity card lahat galing Pinas, ok lang kaya yun?
ano kaya kailangan ko isubmit na from Saudi?
and ang VISA office ko, should i choose manila or Abudhabi (abu dhabi is accredited visa office for saudi)

From saudi : coe din sa curremt employer. Ung police clearance pede hindi pero be ready when required later.

Abu dabi is your visa office, as long as you are in abudabi during the review of your papers... no problem sa docs from phils

Ang tanda ko regarding passport it is recommended that it is still valid for at least two years from filinh to prevent delay. Kasi ang processing ng visa halos two years.

Cheng and All, thanks a lot for the quick response. Immigration consultant namin ngsabi na at least 2-years but hindi ko makita sa cic site. What I'm thinking - the most important thing right now is mareceive at maassess ang application before the cap is reached. Then later na update yung personal information...I don't know, so maybe wait ko na lang new passport..

Hello sir, taga Abu Dhabi ako, so ibig sabihin dito ang VO ko? Pero papano ang review ng papers ko ko kung after kung mag submit ng application sa Nova Scotia ay aalis na ako ng Abu Dhabi at lilipat na ako ng trabaho sa US?

Hihinihintay ko lang kasi ngayon ang H1B US working visa result ko. Since may quota, kelangan ko nang isubmit ang canada application ko till end of June bago ako umalis ng UAE. Pwede bang ilipat ang application from Abu Dhabi Visa officer to US visa officer?

safest is to choose Manila office if you're expecting to move while your paper is in process

My understanding in your case once you have a case officer reviwiewing
Your case you have to inform the immigration about the changes. If you think of it
This will make sense coz not all applicants are living in their home country, some of the applicants
Might transfer to different place while their application is on the process...but for you to
To enable to inform the immigration you have to have your file number
Or received a notice of review....

My family member want to apply for FSW 2014. On her passport, last name is not mentioned. Given name is mentioned there which includes two different words (name + Kaur). In all her documents she is using the same name. She is the main applicant and is married. Will the missing surname impact immigration process?

Hi,

Ganyan din kami. What we did is we ask HR na icertofy na they don't disclose those info and nagbigay naman sila. We also made a written expalanation since un naman ang nkalagay sa guide na if you can't provide a certain docs, you have to explain it in writing.
