pero ang best thing na nagawa sa akin ng cic was during my interview. eventhough 1 beses lang ako nag mock interview ang daming binigay na key points nung taga cic. kaya very thankful pa din ako kahit medyo na frustrate ako sa service nila.

Mahirap ba interview? Principal applicant lang ba iniinterview? Dependent kasi ako ng husband ko. Thanks!

ininterview ata nila yung applicant to clarify some issues like proof of funds, job description etc...sa iba siguro satisfied ang vo s application nila.

I had my interview in Abu Dhabi and like everybody else even those interviewed in Manila, the Visa Officer dwelt on job description.

Kailangan ba ilagay duon yung job title mo ( in my case telecommunication engineering technologist) or yung official national occupation classification? ( in my case electrical and electronics engineering technologist and technicians). Salamat po

Yup, for FSWP 2013, only the principal applicant were called for interview.

I am the principal applicant and I had my interview last Feb 25, 2014.

Your current occupation should be: telecommunication engineering technologist

Your intended occupation should be one of the following based on 2241 NOC title, whichever you think is applicable to your profession:

communications technologist
electrical engineering technician
electrical engineering technologist
electricity distribution network technologist
electronics design technologist
electronics engineering technician
electronics engineering technologist
electronics manufacturing technician
electronics manufacturing technologist
lighting technologist
metering technologist
microwave maintenance technician

There is no exact ruling on who will be interviewed. The good thing about being interviewed is that, you can personally clarify any doubts that the Visa Officer has in his mind. Plus, after a positive interview, your processing will be somehow faster than those who were not called for interview.

Pwede po ba yun bank certificate or bank statements ngayon lang april kinuha? sakto lang un diba.

The Visa Officer puts more weight on the bank certificate than bank statement because the former is signed and certified by the bank that your balance is this much as of certain date.

I have the same questions too. Also, I want to know kung totoo bang hindi pwedeng isang bagsakan ang paglalagay ng malaking pera sa bank account. In our case, my parents and my husband's parents provided our proof of funds. Medyo malaki yung mga dineposit agad bec they have no time to go to the bank. Okay lang kaya yun? Sana may makasagot. Thanks!!

Nothing to worry since you should be providing them with a Bank Certificate (not Bank Statement) and it would not show nor mention that you deposited a huge amount of money at one time.

What if hindi siya dineposit recently? sabi kasi ng consultant namin ok lang daw yun. and marami namang transactions sa bank account ng husband ko. do you think it is still ok or will it be a reason for us to be interviewed? thanks

Based on my experience and from other forum, in the interview they never asked about your proof of funds though they would require you to bring with you documents to support your proof of funds.

Again, you need to send Bank Certificate (BC) and not Bank Statement (BS). BC would certify the amount of your balance at a certain date, while BS would show the detailed transaction of your account. The Visa Officer puts more weight on the BC.

Question po: In the document checklist under form list # 21 Mailing Your Application, it states there "include 2-self addressed mailing labels", ano po ibig sabihin nito?
