Hi there! Suggestion ko lang, if you want to continue consulting with them, try not to pay fully until they have processed your application. Wag ka na gumaya samin. :)
I second the motion. Gumaya sa AMIN.

Hi guys.

I have a query regarding the proof of fund. I am ready with my all documents but unfortunately the funds are not ready.

My concerns :
1>> Can I apply for the timebeing and show the prrof of funds later on?
2>> what short of POF are accepted? is propoerty documnts valid?
3>> Is it a must that all the fund has to be on my name (principal applicant) or can it be accepted in the name of Principal applicant and dependent?
4>> the fund has to be continuously ther ei account for how long?

Waiting for the guidance.

Regards

I have the same questions too. Also, I want to know kung totoo bang hindi pwedeng isang bagsakan ang paglalagay ng malaking pera sa bank account. In our case, my parents and my husband's parents provided our proof of funds. Medyo malaki yung mga dineposit agad bec they have no time to go to the bank. Okay lang kaya yun? Sana may makasagot. Thanks!!

if isang bagsakan, and recently lang it becomes suspicious.

What if hindi siya dineposit recently? sabi kasi ng consultant namin ok lang daw yun. and marami namang transactions sa bank account ng husband ko. do you think it is still ok or will it be a reason for us to be interviewed? thanks

-You need to submit the POF once you apply and the funds should be sufficient to X number of family.
-Cash, stocks, treasury bonds and documents showing property.
-It has to be on your name or spouse. Joint account is accepted
-I recommend not to close or withdraw huge amount which goes below required settlement funds during application period. Account which has been opened years back is more credible than those just recently opened before the application.

Thanks, ask ko na din regarding the NBI and police clearance. valid pa ba yun if we got the police clearance last february then yung NBI last march lang?

Good pm!

Anong address ginamit nyo for the bank certificate?
Is it just the Embassy of Canada, MAnila, Philippines?
Tinanong po kasi ako ng BDO san i address exactly ang bank certificate. Baka po daw strict.

CEM address is enough.

ako/kami ng wife ko talagang almost everyday kinokontak namin sya for updates and everything..
mahirap din umasa lalo na ganitong urgent... i even gave a timeline..
I even suggested sa agent namin na kami na magdadala sa main office at hihintayin tapos kami na magpapacourier... haha..
minsan gusto ko nadin bumitAw kaso sayang yung bayad... di naman kami mayaman...

Can't exactly remember but it's something like Visa Officer then sa baba nun Embassy of Canada in Manila.. you can ask the BDO staff to go over their previous clients who asked for the same bank certificate, ganun kasi ginawa nung nakausap ko just to make sure din na tama yung address.

yun buti may sumagot na... kahapon ko pa tanong to.. thanks!

pinaadres ko sa CIC, the same addresss that i will be using in sending my application.
NBI good for one year naman. May valid until..... na nakalagay sa clearance mo.

if it will expire during the assessment, you will be required to submit later.
