Yes, name ko ang sender. Kasi I have three credentials for assessment from different schools. So it will also be not believable that one of the schools will mail the three credentials. Baka nga they consider that kasi three credentials ko. Now, if they have doubts they can always make verification from the school via email. Kaya sa form may email add na required.

Yun din ang hindi ko magets that's why I mailed it separately, hehe. Ang alam ko the TOR should come from the school and if you decide to mail it by yourself you should still put the school's address and registrar as the sender.

di ko lng sure about that. baka kasi po un diploma lng pinadala nya. kasi un diploma po dapat un applicant tlga magsubmit tapos school ang magforward nmn nun TOR. pero sa case ko inadvise ako ng agent ko n pwede ako nlng daw ang magsubmit parehas at un nga ang nilagay ko sender un school. ok nmn po un result. nakuha ko n po un wes assessment ko.

My 3 diploma, my marriage cert and three sealed envelopes.

The envelopes from schools are sealed..this is how they sealed the envelopes > may dry seal, signed pa.

It went through smoothly...they probably know that some school actually give the sealed envelope to the one who requested it.

Hindi pa na-release ng cic for May 01 application?
So mean to say May instruction pa even though
May 01 arrives..or may 01 sasabihin instruction
At the same time accepting the application?

Ministerial instructions already released last April 26, 2014. So far requirements almost the same as FSWP 2013 applicant.

Hi guys.

I have a query regarding the proof of fund. I am ready with my all documents but unfortunately the funds are not ready.

My concerns :
1>> Can I apply for the timebeing and show the prrof of funds later on?
2>> what short of POF are accepted? is propoerty documnts valid?
3>> Is it a must that all the fund has to be on my name (principal applicant) or can it be accepted in the name of Principal applicant and dependent?
4>> the fund has to be continuously ther ei account for how long?

Same process ni A-Cheng yung ginawa ko. I took the sealed envelop from my school then pinadala ko together with my diploma & name ko ang sender.
