mga frends, May 20, DD, NOC1112 applicant ako. up to now wala pa din ako update kahit ano. kanina i checked sa bank if na-negotiate na draft ko. sabi sa akin outstanding up to Oct 31.

paano po kaya gagawin ko? NOC1112 is already cap full. does it mean na denied na application ko? and if ever marerefund ko pa ba yung draft ko?
