No direct experience on this but we have a family friend who successfully migrated with his wife who has lupus. They've been in Canada more than a decade already. I believe as long as the condition is well-managed, not contagious and as long as you can get clearances and such from your wife's specialists, you'll be ok. Maingat ang Canada sa discrimmination of any kind so in my opinion there is nothing to really worry about.

Thank you for the encouraging info, Jammin_Jamica. Wary kasi ako because may kababayan tayo na same case as ours na hindi pa nakaka-received ng feedback from CEM o CIC two months counting since they did their medical exams.

Hopefully, things will turn out fine eventually.

Diagnosed with ADHD, Combined so they asked for Dev. Pedia's assessment. Umabot po ng almost 4 weeks sa Regional Medical Office ang case nya before kami nagkaroon ng 3rd line.

HI Anyone experience here that there company does not give job description because it the company's policy and they only give standard reference letter with no job description and no benefits,. If magprovide po ako ng affidavit tatanggapin kaya yun or marereject yung application namin.

1st option
-ask your supervisor to make one for you on company letter head and include his/her business card and company i.d.

2nd option
-make an affidavit and notarized emplyment certificate. include the your rejected request from your comany

Sa case po nmin dahil meron kmi agent, we were asked to furnish them a letter of explanation pertaining to a settlement fund. Had I known this forum before we engaged on an agency, we should have done the DIY. kasi all documents and letters were all done by us and the only thing that the agency did was to advise us on what to submit and ung iba template lng ng kung ano siguro nkta nila dto sa forum..galing na business!!
