Anyway, ask ko naman po yung last requirement sa checklist. Yung include 2 mailing labels.
Magprint lang po ba ng address sa bond paper (2 copies) or dapat mailing envelope ang kasama with address?
Kung envelope, anong size mo gnamit nyo.

Also, yun po bang pinasa nyo na docs, nakalagay pa sa folder. may bawal po ba gawin sa papel like using staplers?

usually they will just cut it dun sa na print mo then ipit nila yun, tpos mail it back.

lagay mo na lang docs mo sa envelope para inde naman kalat-kalat pag bukas nila.
Inde naman bawal ang stapler but for me I used paper clips para pagsama-samahin ung mga documents per form na ffill-upan mo. At para narin di na sila mahirapan magtanggal ng stapler, mag paper clip ka na lang.

Hi rcyburan,

You will be asked on the medical exam day about the vaccines that they have, usually the one they asked is MMR, they'll recommend you get it there na rin, I think it's 1300 pesos, which is average price naman ata, you can get it na there para wala ng hassle. When you get your visa na, may ibibigay silang immunization list dun that your kids' pedia need to complete and sign. You have to complete the vaccines on the list before you leave the country.

Informing everyone with very SAD mood that :

My Application got rejected for a reason Expired DD ...

I have got DD issued from ICICI bank on 22/05/2014 , and it has a stamp of "Three Months Validity"

Everyone said DD's default expiry is SIX months... NO Friends CIC is very strict
and CIC had not asked me to submit fresh DD, simply rejected & Returned my application

My Application was sent back on 22/09/2014 , and I Received it today on 13/11/2014

Timeline :
Application Sent date: 23/05/2014
Application Received date : 28/05/2014
DD issued on 22/05/2014 and Expired on 21/08/2014
Application sent back on 22/09/2014
Received it on 13/11/2014
Reason : DD is Expired, as there was a stamp "Valid for three Months"
NOC 3142

Question ko po
1. Anu po inilagay nyo sa form na main responsibilities exactly kung anu nakalagay sa job description of employer or pwede ko ba ipatern sa noc 3233
2. Yung mga taga sg po n nagapply na pwede po ba gamitin yung posb atm savings for cc

Basically, summary ng ginagawa mo ang ilagay based on those provided by the employer. Yan ang ginawa ko and ok naman.

Kabayan, mag demand draft ka na lang kung maihahabol mo. Madami kasing nagkaproblema sa cc as per global at yung ibang reasons beyond their control.
