actually, hinde ko sya binanggit na ganun about representative. dont know kung mali ang query ko or something.

hmmm...ayoko magisip ng negative kaya sabi ko baka kasi less than a week palang naman mula nang sinabi ni CIO na nagsend sila ng email (oct14) kaya siguro ganun. i dont know rin eh, am thinking of sending another email but maybe next week. no idea kasi how many days pagtransfer ng file.

Kc dapat they will also reply na ung application mo is in transit? Like what they reply to my enquiry.

Thanks sureluck sa reply mu nakakaboost ng spirit... Yup 1 time applicant here.. I already contacted bpi pero sabi nila walang way daw para macheck kung naincash ung dd ko... Tama ka kung will talaga ni God then there's nothing to worry...

hi Synergist07! actually hinde ko pa natatanggap ang PER email ko pero nareceived ko last oct 14 reply ni CIO na nagsend daw sila ng email that same day sa akin kaso wala naman akong natanggap pero when i tried to check my ecas that day meron nang IN PROCESS status so medyo kahit pano narelieved ako. i think snail mail na talaga yun.

have you tried sending an email to CIO? i sent an inquiry to CIO twice, last aug28 and oct 1. i received an auto reply on 1st try but never on my 2nd attempt. so di ko alam kung natanggap ba yun. sabi ng iba, they got an error message....i think puno na inbox ni CIO. ;D

last friday, i emailed MVO and got their reply on monday. their reply is just to direct my query to CIO. mukhang kailangan pang maghintay.. not sure ilan days/weeks bago matransfer ang file sa MVO.

I also emailed them last monday and got the same reply yesterday, to direct my query to CIO.
So i guess i will have to wait the reply from CIO (emailed last 9/27) regarding the status of my application.

Sureluck, do not worry. PER will be sent to you via snail mail or to your surprise baka MR agad ipadala sayo

Just like what i commented before (opinion ko lang naman, one may agree or disagree with me and depending on the status/stages of the application), pwede naman i cancel for the meantime ang representative e while there is suspension and until a new one is in placed and put on record para mas mabilis ang communication. Im wondering why communications with the consultant has not been resumed e sabi nila nainformed na nila ang CIC and LVOs for their new representative. Why nasa snail mail or personal email dumadating ang mga communications. It means, as if suspended parin ang status nila at di ayos up this very moment.

Also in case walang representative the applicant can secure the service of a duly recognized representative kahit during the hearing na pag nagkaproblema at gusto i appeal.

"The applicant has the option of submitting a new IMM 5476 at the time of the hearing or declaring a new individual as their authorized representative, as long as that representative meets the criteria set out in the Regulations. A new representative could be designated at a hearing if the original representative is on holiday, or cannot appear for various reasons, or if the original representative's membership was suspended."

Thanks A-cheng for that comforting words. we all need that esp for CIC clients who are affected right now. yes, ayokong magisip ng anything negative...sana nga and am hoping na MR na ang matanggap ko this Nov.

nabasa ko na yung link and very informative. salamat! for my case, binigyan naman ako ng tracking ni agent na sinubmit na nila kay mvo ang updated rep form ko, i just dont know for others. so hopefully, mvo will be able to match it with my file. basta i give everything to the Lord na. just knowing that i can still view my ecas status, am happy. keeping the faith....

i think, will continue with CIC service. andito na eh..masulit man lang ang bayad but for those who are planning to apply, i suggest you go for DIY for less hassle...we have A-cheng (di ba sis? vinolunteer na kita ha ;D) and others here who are willing to help. ;D

Have you included on your query about the suspension of the representative. I believe they reply based on the content of the enquiry. I've posted my sample inquiry last week you can use that as a reference.

I had applied for Permanent Residence under Federal Skilled Worker 2014 program in June 2014. My credit card has been charged last September 26, 2014. As of now I'm waiting for Positive Eligibility Review confirmation. Due to suspension of Weisdorf, Erwin John my authorized representative, I'm not sure where will they send correspondence. I already have a new representative who is Weisdorf, Ashley. With this case, I would like to inquire if my file has been transferred to your office.

Note: An email has been sent to CIO also but no response yet. I'm just trying my luck to get any updates from your office regarding the status of my application.

use of this facility. Hayyyyyy.

Sna sa tagal na nila sa business they already have established a communication with the bank (partner bank/preferred bank/recommended bank) or process on how to check if encashed na ang dd ng mga clients nila. Ang nangyayari e, si client parin. Sariling sikap parin. :'(

actually that's the sad part but at the end of the day...at least we learned and we moved on. you see, marami ang naging successful because of that learnings. ;D charged to experience nalang.

Pero isa lang ang sure (for CIC clients), eligibility of your applications will not be affected. Your applications will not be rejected for the sole reason of suspension of representative.
Madedelay lang ang communications. Pero pag dumating na sa CEM yan, everybody will catch up with the prescribed/usual timeframe ng mga applicants. CEM usually finds ways to communicate with the applicant. At bibilis bigla ang processing.

I think my application is still at CIO because i had the WES issue last month (CIC is not a Recipient of your WES Evaluation Report) but was able to work it out last month, Sep. 24th.

Base on the global forum it's gonna be 1 month delayed + our representative issue so it's gonna be a long wait :-(

I'm just anxious to know what's the status because I am still not sure if it's gonna be a PER/NER.
I just hopeful it's a PER.

Do not worry. If the only prob is the WES type of report, it will not be NER. Sa WES kasi two types yan, may pang FSWP at hindi. Ang napili mo ay ang hindi so wlang viewing or verification access ang CIC. Pero it can be remedied. As you mentioned naayos mo narin naman.

So try to relax as much as you can. But i also recommend do the inquiry the way it was done by others here.

There is very slim chances ng NER after your payment has been charged. So keep the positives kabayan.
