@ ppmom, You mean, she applied September 17, and her package was returned to her a month later because of photocopied WES?
I Applied August 22 received date, then I send additional doc including WES Original dated October 14 received date nila ng additional doc ko. Since September la naman akong nareceived reject doc ko. So this is a good sign. Thank you LORD. Thanks ppmom for letting me know and making my day happy as ever. God is good. Congrats again. sana kami din PER at MR na.

Recently I emailed them to add a new payment form and they told me to send them either by email or by post. So probably you can send them by email but they do not guarantee that it will be matched with your application - same is case if you send by post.

This is about the CIIP seminar. Ask ko lang kung Manila lang ba talaga ang venue ng CIIP seminar? Kasi I've read sa email ng CIC na meron daw sila satellite offices sa Davao, Cebu and other cities. Taga Davao kasi ako. Thanks

hi mikaicute! Dami pala ntin CIC hanggang kailan kaya wait natin? Sabi nga nla hintay hintay lang. Nasayangan ako sa oras dahil my CSQ na ako sa Quebec di ko pinaprocess dhil hinintay ko ang FSW kasi nga di pwede sabay ang 2 application dpat isa i withdraw. Sana tinuloy ko na lang ang Quebec tpos withdraw FSW kung alam ko lang magka problema rep sa CIC.

Qsw applicant din ako pero aor pa lang wala pa csq. Gamitin mo pangback up just in case..

i saw this from other thread. i think you have to call CIIP and coordinate directly with them. parang it depends on the number of participants before they conduct a seminar.

I am in communication with Precious of CIIP and we need 30 principal applicants and spouses combined in order for their off-site orientation in Davao to push through. Let's register so that we dont have to go to Manila for their seminar.

sureluck same tayo ng application received June 16, 2014 under CIC din. Natanggap mo na ba PER mo? Have you made an inquiry in MVO? di na alam kung paano malaman ang status ng application ko kasi DD din gamit ko. Ang CIO nman after 30 working days mag reply. Really helpless.

hi Synergist07! actually hinde ko pa natatanggap ang PER email ko pero nareceived ko last oct 14 reply ni CIO na nagsend daw sila ng email that same day sa akin kaso wala naman akong natanggap pero when i tried to check my ecas that day meron nang IN PROCESS status so medyo kahit pano narelieved ako. i think snail mail na talaga yun.

have you tried sending an email to CIO? i sent an inquiry to CIO twice, last aug28 and oct 1. i received an auto reply on 1st try but never on my 2nd attempt. so di ko alam kung natanggap ba yun. sabi ng iba, they got an error message....i think puno na inbox ni CIO. ;D

last friday, i emailed MVO and got their reply on monday. their reply is just to direct my query to CIO. mukhang kailangan pang maghintay.. not sure ilan days/weeks bago matransfer ang file sa MVO.

Hello kamusta kayong lahat...im happy for those who have advanced na sa processing ng applications ;D

I am still not losing hope kasi I have sent new application last September 2014. from the very start i have a feeling naman na narereject itong june application ko since di ko nasama sa wes yung first course ko which is equivalent to 4 yrs bachelor degree; ang sinaman ko lang ay yung nursing degree which is 2 years lang.

A resend application ko lalabas na;
age = 12
ietls = 23 ( w- 7.5, S - 6.5, R - 7.5, L - 9) correct naman compute ko?
work - 11
educ = 21
total = 67

I just really hope na this time, pasok na ito. Thanks guys for the encouragement..

Hi susheya. Tama ka sa compute if ung 4 yrs eh na-assessed na ng WES? I mean kasama na dun ung passed 4yrs education mo na may WES na?

If thats the case no worries. I am 67 by points din so nothing to worry about. Just trust God and He will help you make it.

actually, hinde ko sya binanggit na ganun about representative. dont know kung mali ang query ko or something.

hmmm...ayoko magisip ng negative kaya sabi ko baka kasi less than a week palang naman mula nang sinabi ni CIO na nagsend sila ng email (oct14) kaya siguro ganun. i dont know rin eh, am thinking of sending another email but maybe next week. no idea kasi how many days pagtransfer ng file.

hello averylle14! have you checked with your bank about your DD if already negotiated or not? or do you have a UCI or its your 1st time to apply?

for your case, sabi nga no news is good news...for now, let us wait until 1st or 2nd week of november and if wala pa, we can send an email to mvo. keep the faith and never lose hope. it will come.

Please read this. THis will somehow give you idea how things are done if a representative is involved.

Just like what i commented before (opinion ko lang naman, one may agree or disagree with me and depending on the status/stages of the application), pwede naman i cancel for the meantime ang representative e while there is suspension and until a new one is in placed and put on record para mas mabilis ang communication. Im wondering why communications with the consultant has not been resumed e sabi nila nainformed na nila ang CIC and LVOs for their new representative. Why nasa snail mail or personal email dumadating ang mga communications. It means, as if suspended parin ang status nila at di ayos up this very moment.

Also in case walang representative the applicant can secure the service of a duly recognized representative kahit during the hearing na pag nagkaproblema at gusto i appeal.

"The applicant has the option of submitting a new IMM 5476 at the time of the hearing or declaring a new individual as their authorized representative, as long as that representative meets the criteria set out in the Regulations. A new representative could be designated at a hearing if the original representative is on holiday, or cannot appear for various reasons, or if the original representative's membership was suspended."
