I was so anxious that I called my credit card company to check if there's a floating charge of 550 CAD, and there is one indeed from CIC! Haha! Take note that it's still floating, so it hasn't even been posted in my online account nor have I received any notification! My application arrived on July 2nd, by the way.

I have questions though:
1. Who will do the eligibility review: CIC in Nova Scotia or CEM?
2. How long is the current average waiting time between the CC charge and the PER?
3. Has anybody here received a NER and why?

Hi guys! Anxious lang ako regarding sa CC charging.
July 4th applicant ako, nakigamit lang kc ako CC sa tita ko with her BDO MASTERCARD CREDIT CARD for my application. According to her enough naman yung CC limit for the transaction, confirm ko lang guys kung automatic xa machacharge sa card nia or need pa magnotify ni tita ko sa BDO that there will be an international transaction? Thanks guys for replies!

Hi kitsune, yes po na charged na ko. pero noon pa may kutob na ako na madedeny nga since kulang yung wes. So as soon as nareceived ko yung wes ko na complete nagapply ulit ako.. and that was sept 11 nga...this time both lpn at rn na inapplyan ko.

I have been an avid reader of this group since last month.. Just got my MR and we are on the process of doing it next week..

Guys tanong lang, who among here got an additional requirement from CEM? Yung na receive ko kc aside from paying the RPRF, the CEM is asking me to submit an explanation for those period my wife was unemployed.. Anyone here who has the same issue? Panu nyo ginawa yung sa inyo? Complicate lang kc sa akin, i had indicated "unemployed" but she had been schooling some time of those periods..

If i say, she was finishing her second course at those times.. Hindi kaya ito magiging another issue since unemployment yung pinapa explain sa akin?

Please help guys..

What do you mean by "lpn at rn inapplyan"? You applied for 2 nocs for the 2nd package?

oo nga 10 days lang binigay saakin para magsubmit scanned ng baptismal ko and form 137 and from 138 personal history frm may 2014 til present, RPRF, MR. then kung pwede k daw madaliin yung med request sabi niya. sa work ko siya tumawag kanina hindi daw nila macontact landline ko.

2014 is our year! Napakabait ng CEM.

They had a 9AM appointment and finished at around 2.30PM, the doctor arrived late ata, past 9.30AM...Hindi ko sila na ask why the doctor asked them to get their shots at another clinic, sorry...

Thank u fg101. From the list of panel physicians in cic website, they certainly had their medicals at dr. Mansukhani in Davao Doc. And the other 3 doctors are in Nationwide which is located in front of Davao doctors hospital. Kung ganon, either of the 2 clinics, palipat-lipat ka ng bldg, kasi yung mga labs, if sa Nationwide ka, sa davao doc pa rin gagawin. Pwde ka naman mg advance inquiry sa clinics kahit wala pang request for MR. Accommodating naman sila kausap. Pina explain ko nga pano yung process sa medicals hehe..

hi winterpeg, verify to BDO if international transaction of your Tita's CC have already activated, if not, paactivate na nya. If already activated, no need to notify them na my papasok. Papasok na dun transaction automatically. Pwede mo pa rin inotify para sure. hehe

im so sad guys, nareceive ko NER, reason is that di dw umabot yung points, and also di nila iadd yung additional documents send ko nung sept 18.

but buti na lang nag send ako ng another application nareceive nila sept 11, so hopefully ok na.

ang problem lang kasi yung wes ko, yung first course ko na sana ay 4 yr bachelor di nasama sa unang application. so instead of 21 pts, naging 19 lang

kase magka batch tayo..tapos ang tagal ng update natin..

pero God is good pa rin..kase you have a 2nd chance at it..

Re FBI police certificate, eto po timeline nung sakin:
May 14 - FBI received my application (per DHL tracking)
June 16 - FBI mailed doc (per date stamp sa envelope)
June 25 - Philippine post office received doc (per date stamp sa envelope)
Give or take 3-5 days pa siguro bago nadeliver sa doorstep ko.

I emailed liaison @ leo.gov several times for follow up but no reply kasi within the alloted period pa naman. Pero try mo pa rin. Mention that it's been 6 weeks and card has been charged.

Thank you Jammin! Nabasa ko rin kasi sa website starting Sep 2014, may delays na ung processing and as of now 12 weeks na ung processing!! Do you have a number I can call to follow-up din?
