[size=20pt]worried ako....june 18 applicant...cc charged October 7....Ecas Status: In process using my UCI sa work permit...Pero walang PER EMAIL...i don't know whats happening...

Stay cool and stop worrying, think of al those applicants who haven't had received any feedback at all. Instead, focus your efforts in working on the documents that may still be asked by CEM, exercise to stay fit para ready sa MR or start the job search na :-) I believe that your PER is underway, some received PER by snail mail, kaya don't worry kung medyo matagal..malapit na yan..

Kitakits tayo lahat sa Canada next year!

I was so anxious that I called my credit card company to check if there's a floating charge of 550 CAD, and there is one indeed from CIC! Haha! Take note that it's still floating, so it hasn't even been posted in my online account nor have I received any notification! My application arrived on July 2nd, by the way.

I have questions though:
1. Who will do the eligibility review: CIC in Nova Scotia or CEM?
2. How long is the current average waiting time between the CC charge and the PER?
3. Has anybody here received a NER and why?

Thanks and good luck to all of us!

That's good news, Congrats and +1 for you, see A's to your Q's below :
1. Eligibility review and completeness check- CIO, if review is successful they will send PER. The visa you requested in processing your application (remember Generic Application form, Item No.4)will do the background checks.
2. It depends, some receive PER thru snail mail others by email. But don't worry your PER is well underway.
3. Most NER I've seen were due to lacking documents or JD mismatch but I haven't heard from anyone in this forum receiving NER after CC was Charged.

Hello Louie,

TFW din ako at ang hubby ko dito sa Alberta. My original work permit is set to expire on Dec 06, 2014, but when I got my PER, I immediately applied for Bridging Open Work Permit and I got it approved after 7 days lang, until next year ang validity nya. Hubby's work permit will expire on Dec 06, 2014, so mejo kabado din kme kc need na namin mag-exit and land agad as PR bago maexpire permit nya.

Kelan maeexpire work permit mo? if maeexpire xa within the next 4 months and nareceive mo na PER mo, apply ka for BOWP para makapag work ka sa ibang employer kahit walang LMIA. Hope that helps.

Goodluck and dont worry, your PER will soon come, ako nga thru snail mail ko nalaman eh kc wala pala ako email add sa IMM form ko, lol.
GODBLESS.

Hi guys,

Bluemav,
pd ung friend mo na nagwowork as LICG if yung work experience nya at least one year in the past 10 years e nsa 50 eligible occupations ng FSWP. San sya dito sa AB? madami pd maging work ang mga nurses dito, kaso need ng upgrade, aral muna tapos exam as RN tapos big salary after. In demand sila sa Alberta Health Services, usulaly ang starting pay/hour is $35.00. Malaki un ha? ang mimimun kc dito sa AB is $10 something per hour.

im so sad guys, nareceive ko NER, reason is that di dw umabot yung points, and also di nila iadd yung additional documents send ko nung sept 18.

but buti na lang nag send ako ng another application nareceive nila sept 11, so hopefully ok na.

ang problem lang kasi yung wes ko, yung first course ko na sana ay 4 yr bachelor di nasama sa unang application. so instead of 21 pts, naging 19 lang
