True, iba iba kasi tayo ng knowledge na alam. Yung iba bagong dating lang and they might ask the most generic type of question. Deadma na lang kung di feel nung iba na sumagot because I am sure may iba na willing sumagot kahit gaano ka newbie or ka repetitive ang isang question.

When I was new in this forum (I know everyone of us here) we kept on asking questions, tama ba? Raise your left leg if u didn't. Even the silliest question in the whole world wide web.hehe. And I thank all of those people who helped me out. In return, I want to help the newbie's dahil ganun din ako when I started here. As much as possible I want to help. Although sometimes busy sa work kaya yung iba na alam naman sila nalang muna nagrerespond.hehe. Peace!

Rule of thumb again. If we don't wan't to help, just close our eyes and scroll down. (both eyes sarado ha, bawal pikit lang, bawal mandaya hehe). If we really hate people asking too much, then just shut down our PC and sleep. Ganon nalang ignore ignoran. hahaha

onga mejo mabagal kasi almost puro na DD yung next applicants if u will see the spreadsheet, e mejo matagal nga ang encashment ng DD kaya mejo Idle. Pero madami naman na nakareceive ng MR. Btw, 700 plus na ang 2174 grabe humaharurot ang bilis! hehe ;-)

Totoo po ba nasabi ng iba na hindi daw tlaga aabot ang total CAP na 25,000? instead may mga individual NOC's lang mg cacap at 1,000. So that means safe na safe yung mga cold NOC's dahil di nga daw aabot ng overall CAP. correct me if i'm wrong.

In my opinion yes, based on historical facts mostly di nmn narereach ung overall cap pero ung mga hot nocs can easily be filled up. May mga occupations kc na di nmn ganun karami ang ngaapply

In favor of Blindvia, agree we should backread to obtain the info that we need. If we can't find, that's the right time we ask. Although more often than not, even if I found it, I just raise the same question just to confirm if my understanding is correct kasi I can't simply assume. Parang check and balance lang. So para walang gulo, read first before asking. And when we ask, that means we just want to confirm if it is absolutely correct. ;-)

In favor of Bingka, agree with you, there are just way tooo many posts and sometimes you need immediate attention that's why we raise question. Rule of thumb, if we want to help, simply RESPOND to them. If we don't want, just IGNORE. deadma lang as in deadmadella hahaha. That way, we don't hurt people's feelings and we maintain the positivity in this forum. ;-)

Lam nyo guys, ntatakot ako pag nananahimik na ganyan ang CIO. kasi hindi natin namamalayan, baka sa susunod na update, biglang pumalo sa high figures ang NOC count, just like 2013.
But im praying for possitive... God will guide us.

congrats sa may PERS na... Ang sad naman May 30 applicant ako under NOC 1111, DD (BPI), wala pa ding update.. Nasa june na na.. Nung una iniisip ko konti lang sa sample population dito sa forum na wala pa masyadong NOC 1111 kaso masyado nang nalagpasan ung sakin.. Tumawag ako BPI kaso walang paraan paano malalaman na encashed na..
