ask ko lang, what if,hindi ka nakaabot sa cap, ng NOC mo, i-ccharge ba nila yun, I mean, charge ba muna, bago nila malaman na pasok ka sa cap?

May naka-try na ba sa inyo na instead sa supervisor ka humingi ng reference letter which includes the duties/responsibilities, sa colleagues na lang? As much as possible kasi ayoko muna malaman nung current employer boss ko yung plans ko for immigration. thanks!

I've read this somewhere sa global thread but cant remember if they charge first before they reject.. But if they do charge first, then they will refund it to you naman daw. pero medjo matagal nga lang ang refund process nila.

Asking colleagues should be one of your last option. Last being self affidavit. It's alright to let your boss know, try lang naman eh. And matagal pa ang processing ng fsw, its not like you'll leave them in a month or 2 months time. It'll probably take a year-1.5 years.

Ako, i might need to do this, if my boss from my previous company still does not reply to my request. haayyyzz... ang hirap mag habol ng mga tao. lalo na if its just a request and they are not oblige to help you... hahaha.

what if yung designation mo, nagfall sa noc A, tapos yung job duties mo, nagfall sa NOC B, san ka dapat mag-aapply? na NOC?
yung duties ba ang tinitignan hindi yung designation?

Yup, yung duties ang tinitignan. So match mo yung NOC sa duties mo then yun ang NOC na i-apply mo
