Di ba cap reached? And also this reason?

sa akin yun A Cheng.
yun ang nka indicate sa profile update q sa agency.
kaya nga am asking for a copy of the letter e. though in know now na cap reached na talaga by the time na nag pass me kase nga mid àugust n yun. but then Iba nka indicate n reason.
dapat ba anu nakalagay sa letter pag cap reached?

but it seems that there was another reason why your app was refused. Kumbaga, even if di pa cap reached
the probability is it will be rejected just the same for reason as cited.
May offer of employment ka nga ba and may prob sa isang COE mo.

alam mo nacurious din ako dyan sa uci na yan so i called my agent yesterday pero sabi wala daw kasi may 27 cap reached na ang noc 1112, ang papel ko may31 dumating last year so kako baka may hope na nareview nila yun kaso di na nga umabot.pero i believe wala nga talaga so possible yung sayo wala rin since august na sya.

noc1112 din inaplayan ko last year but since noc0111 ang mas applicable sakin and for practical reason na rin na alam kong hinde ako aabot pag noc1112 kasi nga hot noc kaya yun. imagine sabi pa ni consultant kung gusto ko daw na mapasa agad ang papers ko stick nalang daw ako sa noc1112 para dina iwork out uli jd ko. matalino di ba eh sabi ko sa kanya am not comfortable with 1112, i will apply with 0111. kaya yun. di bale nang additional time and effort pero mas safe yun.

basta be positive nalang and dont entertain negative thoughts. wala yun....

nga pala, di ko na nakita yung returned docs ko kasi di ko na pinaginteresan kunin kay agent that time sa sobrang frustration pero nagsend ako ng email sa cio asking for my status so bago pa man iannounce na cap reached na alam ko na na hinde nakapasok papel ko dahil yun ang sabi sa reply ni cio.ako pa nagforward kay agent at nagsabi na hello cap reached na daw at di ako umabot.

correct. kaya nga I was asking for a copy of the letter. kase bka meron sila di ni submit or something.
kaso nun na realize q e nka submit na uli kmi docs..
pero I was thinking since super late na rin aqo nag submit then CIO wouldn't bother checking tge the docs at all d ba..kase nga cao reached na..so weird talaga..

Samin me cover letter din na nkalagay nung nabalik application namin pero ung UCI is nasa mismong form. Tapos me nga red checks ung form namin indicating na nabuksan sha ng CIC

same with you, nedy18. red checks yung form with UCI number written with red ink. Then cover letter indicating that it was returned due to cap reached.

Alam mo ganun din sa akin, di ko nakita yung mga online forms... Nagduda nga ako kung talaga ba nilang napasa yung online forms kaya di ko alam UCI number ko nung na cap reached. Pero it does not matter, di naman required UCI number, nakalagay "if known"... Malolocate din nila yun actually

pero yun nga ppmom, hinde ko na nakita ang returned docs ko last year kung may nakasulat ba o wala. basta ako naginquire ako sa CIO directly so yan ang nareceived kong reply. at ako pa nagsabi sa consultant ko na hinde na pala nakaabot ang papel ko kasi cap reached, so nagtaka sya. antagal kasi nya eh ;D

wala aqo offer of employment. pero meron aqo di na submit na COE kase nde q na nahintay. nag affidavit lang aqo. could that be the reason? pero that would also mean they opened and reviewed my app khit cap reached na which is weird.
anyway this will be cleared when I get a copy of the letter. I will share it with the group then.
