Ask ko lang po mga expat na nanganak in a another country and later on in-add sa application nung mr stage na, ano po yung status ang nilagay nyo sa visa nung baby nung mag update na kayo ng imm0008 generic application? Yun kasi sitwasyon ko now eh... salamat po sa makakatulong

depende po ata sang country pinanganak, ksi some country pag dun pinanganak automatic citizen agad, while some will take the citizenship ng parents. ur inquiry is not so common and probably konti lang who would have the same experience as you, but meron naman siguro few but just that baka di lng nakacheck ng forum lately. there are specific laws regarding visa status and varies from one country to another, and i think kailangan nyo iresearch more about sa law on citizenship sa country san kayo nagstay, like sa SG kahit na dito pinanganak does not make him/her a citizen, if I'm not wrong social visit pass lang initial na ibibigay. eto po found a link as guide how to fill out the form imm008, baka makatulong. antay2x lng tayo sa mga seniors or those who had the same situation.

Hi terns21, I think you should put Other, then Secondary Sponsorship, kasi ganun yata ung inilagay ko sa baby ko, he was born in Dubai naman.

Pero sir/mam, hindi ko na siya iiponsoran kasi uuwi na kami next month sa pinas eh, mas madali sanang i-fill yung IMM 0008 sa pinas pero since 1 month lang ang palugit ko sa pag-send ng updated form sa CEM, kaya need ko malaman kung ano ang status ng baby ko.

Hello po, sana may makatulong, ppwede po bang mag short landing? Plan po kasi naming magland for initial entry ng 45 days then balik din po kami ng UAE to settle some things pa. Ano po bang maiaadvise nyo? Sabi daw po kasi kailangan antayin ang PR card bago lumabas ng Canada.

Parang ang bagal kasi ng July 2014 applicants... My cousin on the pther hand, June 2014 applicant... March pa lang, may Visa na cya... Nakaka sad
