ung kasing naka include sa pinasa kong application blue din. pero hindi ko un sa embassy nakuha sa police station din sa korea. ang sabi ng Korean police un daw ginagamit for immigration un puti daw is local... pero naguluhan
kasi ako dun sa requirement ni MVO... kelangan daw nakalagay ( South Korea Criminal ( Investigation ) Records
Check Reply ) as you should apply for police certificates which indicate that all records have been searched, including any lapsed records...

un puti kasi na police certificate nakita ko lang sa isang kasama ko dati. meron din ba sayong nakalagay na..

nun nagpunta ko ng embassy dto sa pinas. sabi dun sa window. lahat ng binibgay sa foreigners na police clearance
ay same format.... un blue daw ang binibgay... tapos nun nakuha ko ung bago kong police certificate sa kanila.
nagcompare ako anong difference.. ung bago meron nakalagay na.

Records Certificate for the other purposes could be sentenced to imprisonment of up to two years or a fine of up to 20 million won in accordance with the Clause 2 and 3 of Article 10 of " ACT ON THE LAPSE OF CRIMINAL SENTENCES".....


yan un napansin ko na iba dun sa unang blue certificate na pinasa ko. meron din ba sayong ganyan na naka indicate dun sa white certificate?

nsa white na papel lang yung pinasa ko.. baka blue kapag sa embassy ka kukuha. hindi din ako sure.

November 28, 2014 - PER
June 19, 2015 - CEM requested for additional documents
July 7, 2015 - CEM received my additional documents

Why does the VO need to wait until the very last month, for CEM 13mos before they finalized everything? Can't they give us the update in more reasonable time right after they have done the due diligence & full review on our case?

hello jewel_ricci...ako din wla pa " WE RECEIVED YOUR MEDICAL.... " naforward na ng IOM ung medical results namin nun Aug. 13 pa. pero may kulang pa kasi ako sa additional documents na hinihingi ng MVO... iniintay ko pa makuha ung Korean Police Clearance ko. Dpat napasa ko na un last week. problema, nagkamali ang Korean Police Agency sa birthdate ko. pareho ng birthdate ng husband ko ung nailagay nila.. so ayun... bukas ko pa ulit marerecv
ung bago kong Korean Police Clearance... sana once marecv nila ung kulang na document ko mabgyan na din kami ng PPR... tayo..halos same timeline tayo...

onga po. halos same timeline tayo. hopefully this first week will bring us good news.. ndi ko lng kasi maintndhan kay cem bakit ung iba mabilis lng naipprocess tapos ung sa iba mtgal.. cant help but wonder.. but anyways, sana nga tlga.. they will speed up the processing na kasi mgiisang taon na application natin.. SEPTEMBER na.. 28 days nlng 1 year n application ko. waaa. hehe..

hi sis. the feeling is mutual. and more importantly, why is that other VO's have the capability to speed up the processing while the others are unable to do that. oh well, hopefully, after all the ecas updates last week.. medicals rcvd and ppr naman ngyon.

To all who are waiting..super lapit na yan, claimed it guys. Don't rel on ur ecas 100percent kasi mine hanggang 6 lines lang, passport sent last 27. No notification that med rsults received but already have ppr.

walang nakasulat na ganyan dun sa certificate na pinasa ko.
dun sa instructions nila wala naming sinabi na blue or white yung papel.
ang sinunod ko lang yung nsa instructions nila tsaka yung sa website ng cic

Yes, meron sya dun sa white certificate. Tska pinakita ko yung requirement dun sa police station mismo, wala nman sila sinabi na 2 klase ang certificate.

August 13 nareceive ng Embassy yung docs ko pero wala pa rin ako balita.
