The waiver letter should be a formal letter format. Nothing fancy.

In the letter include in the detail all the effort youve done to show how much you tried to get a pcc and why it will be impossible to get one, then attach evidence (email correspondences, screenshots) as proof.

For me, i attached a scrrenshot of the cic website showing how saudi non resident could not obtain a saudi pcc.. And how I tried to email different agencies asking for help..

Guys! Hope you can advice. We are done with medical and waiting for PPR stage. So far, wala naman hiningi additional requirements. We are planning to withdraw the proof of funds na sana. Is it possible na tatawag pa sila sa bank or any req in relative to our proof of funds before PPR?

pwede mo naman withdraw if you really need the money..
but i suggest wait at least for the PPR.
meron kase iba 3rd line na..pero na call in pa rin for interview.
you'll never know..iba iba case e..
mabilis na lang naman after medical kung wala problems..

meron kami medical forms..and wala is yung MR letter.
wala talaga kami na receive na letter..kaya weird yun case namin..
kase usually nauna ang letter..then forms..tapos ung iba pinapabayad na ng RPRF kasabay ng MR letter..wala din kami nun..
i sent a CSE to CEM about this..asking if they sent one to my agency..which i previously cancelled.
they answered naman..and said na they didnt send any other correspondence..
so go na lang ako sa Medical..hehe..

yung sa amin nauna ang package kaysa sa DM..pero same day din nag update..
yun iba 2 days after..yun iba 1 month..
depende sa VO mo..
if you are not always at home..better leave an authorization already..
you'll never know kelan dadating..malay mo bukas anjan na..

Hi ryeyan, I got my passoprt with visa within 2 weeks after dm lapit na!! Congrats!!!

hello po. meron po ba ditong hindi hiningian ng police clearance cert? kasi when i got my MR mail ang nklgay lng n required docs dun is to complete MR and pay for RPRF lang.. i asked my agent if need pa ba namin, sbi nya kmuha pdin daw kami..

any advice regarding this? should we still get PCC? somebody told me din kasi kht wag na eh, kya mejo nalilito ako..

i suggest if yun lang nakalagay..then yun lang comply mo..
ganyan mga agency e..kahit nde hinihingi..gusto ipa submit..
well wala naman mawawala kung kumuha ka..hassle nga lang..
up to you pa rin..

in our case..15 days..inip na inip ako..lol..
kase yun iba kilala ko..nasa 10 or 11 days lang..
yung iba nga shorter than that pa..
yun pala late ang update ng ECAS ko..hehe..
single ka ba? mas mabilis yata pag single..kse isang pp lang ang lagyan ng visa..hehe

Hey Bros,

I got the MR request on 27 May 2015 then on 5 August, I received a warning letter from VO office saying that I did not pay the RPRF on time because they sent me the RPRF request on 27 May 2015. Actually, I only received the MR request by email. I did not receive the letter for RPRF by email.
Please advise if someone received the RPRF by post mail or VO office will send all the RPRF by email?

1st post mo..welcome

i suggest you pay the RPRF as soon as possible..kung pwede online..then do it..
then send the scanned receipt tru a CSE, also indicating that you only learned that you need to pay the RPRF when you received the warning letter.
pero double check mo muna MR letter kung talagang wala dun ha..usually naka list naman yung need gawin sa letter e..
i dont think merong problem..kase di ka pa naman PPR..
we only paid our RPRF when our PPR came..wala kase kami na receive na MR letter..di ko din sila inunahan sa pagbayad..i waited for their instructions for me to pay..baka kase malito sila e..

Hi to all. Happy to share I got SLU last week

1. We received your application for permanent residence on September 8, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on December 8, 2014.

A bit weird lang kasi my PER is dated December 18, 2014

Now my questions:
1. What does this mean? Is it good idea if i will call or send email through CSE to check/verify this weird changes in ECAS?

2. Also, is there any chance for interview call or when MR should be expected?

A week before that, my home address was updated in ECAS. Dati ung Mailing address lang naman.

Maraming salamat guys in advance for your advices. Good luck and god bless us all

Nagbago ng system si CIO ngayon..dati kase the 2nd line would appear pag na review na ng CEM ang papers..
now it's different..they update ECAS pag ni review ng CIO..
sa tingin ko lang ha..the 2nd line now means that's when CIO started reviewing your papers..
then after that they issue the PER and charge your CC or encash your DD..
meron pa dapat 3rd line yan..when they supposedly transfer the papers to the MVO or LVO..

you can send a CSE to ask din..pero for cases like updates..they dont answer back e..lucky you kung sasagot sila..

as to the MR..we got ours 6 mos after PER..medyo matagal yung update nun sa amin..
yung mga nauna batch mas mabilis..

Thank you sa pag reply. Anyways, nakuha ko na po ang forms naming mag-anak.
pero may isa pa po akong question.bukas po kasi nakasked kmi na magoamedical. Kaso
bigla naman nagkaubo at sipon ang aking chikiting... =( ok lang po ba na ituloy ko pa ang medical
or magpaparesked na lang kmi? Worried lang po ako...
salamat po ulit....

Hi. 2 weeks rin kme na delay sa medical due to cough and colds. Much better pa pagaling muna kayo kasi
Bka magkaron pa kayo ng findings and they will ask additional tests.
