In my case, opo...kc nbi na ngsend s dfa, not sure po pag ikaw mismo mgla-lodge ng fingerprint card mo. Call DFA Office of Consular Affairs po para may option ka. if u'll opt to authenticate through dhl, ipadiretso mo na po sa uae embassy pero wag mo po ipapadiretso sa uae kc may a-attach na form ung uae embassy, u need to fill it up po bago mo send sa uae. May nbasa ko s forum before na it will take 3 days lng daw to get pcc sa dubai, so I think aabot ka nman.

Thank you...punta nalang ako ng Manila pra ako mismi mag file...hope mas mabilis xa 1 wk processing dun ng personal...

got uci no over phone from cic in jan 2015
but cannnot acces login
i called cic on friday the officer checked my detailed n said that the uci is generated he can see my details on screen but at this point cic has not put anything on the system yet weather my file is returned back or not . so he said he cant help

hello mollychi, wala namang background check masyado, i was only asked for the explanation on the source and how i accumulate the funds. tapos since sinabi ko na we have business kaso nakalagay sa form ko si hubby seeking employment kaya tinawagan ako ng CEM last feb 17 to clarify. other than that wala na.

Hi share ko lang isang POST ng sa July Applicant thread, nag decision made din agad siya after ng Second line.


1. We received your application for permanent residence on August 20, 2014.2.We started processing your application on February 12, 2015.3. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. App date- 20.08.2014,cc date- 20.11.2014,PER date 31.12.2014
I Claimed Points as Age-12,Edu 19,IELTS-21 Experience 15 But VO Given me 2 Marks Less in Exp so it reduced to 65.
He mentioned==" You have obtained insufficient points to qualify for PR ,the minimum reqt being 67,As per Checklist you were asked to provide reference letter from all your employers for the past 10years listing your main responsibilities and duties. You have not provided such letter from your current employer. ABC. I am not satisfied that u performed duties of a 2232 as set out in NOC. Therefore i don't awarded points.”
My query-
1. Can i have still a chance for reconsideration, if now i show him my Job responsibilities..
2. Under which act i can appeal if any one know plz help me..
3. What should i do to protect my case as in PER email they have already scored me 67 Points but now they are not keeping their words.CIC giving marks and NDVO deducting marks.
4. Some one if can help me by providing any data. .that they can reconsider my Job Duties if i submit to them. As somewhere I had learnt that they give 30days time to justify....

Please help me....

1. Mageemail or magnnotify po ba ang VO kapag nareceive na nila yung application? Or bigla na lang iuupdate yung app status mo??

2. Need ko po yung recommendation nyo please.. Kasi yung settlement funds ko sinoli ko muna sa brother ko kasi wala pa naman AOR. Mas ok po ba na hingin ko na ulit and istay sa account ko kahit wala pang AOR?

hi po...i really need answers please...
ni require po ako ng CEM ng Police Clearance from UAE(where i worked before).
Tapus na po ako mag NBI finger printing and now for DFA authentication naman for my NBI finger printed document
Is it true na mabilis mag process ang DFA Manila ng authentication of documents??
kasi kng ipa DHL daw it will take 1 week-nasa Visayas kasi ako...
and CEM gave me 30 days to comply with the Police Clearance...

Tama ang proseso mo. Pag napa authenticate mo na,pwede ka siguro magpatulong sa friend mo sa uae para magprocess on your behalf. Pag sa embassy mo ipaprocess,abutin ng 3months based on my exp. Pag ganun,pwede ka mgrequest ng extension sa cem. Alam nila na matagal ang police sa ibang bansa.

1. majority ata ng applicants ng CEM or MVO walang AOR na natangap, ang trend ngayon is mag update sila ng second line sa ECAS or mag email for additional documents or explanation ng history ng POF etc.

2. for me kung d rin gagamitin ng brother mo ang pera wag mo na alisin sa account kasi lilitaw sa history ng Bank mo. baka pag nnjan na email ng CEM for updated POF makita bagong deposit ulet. kami ginawa namen Time deposit and every 3months ang rollover nia,msince June 2014 hindi na namen ginalaw, hope this helps.

Wag nyo muna alisin ung POF mo kasi hinihingi ang history ng bank records... Ung POF is a fund na supposedly fixed na hindi nagagalaw.. Once na DM ka na pwd mo na galawin

Gnun din po b kyo? Meron dn po b tlgang police cert na pick up personally? Tska ung mga ngpamed sa fullerton clinic,how long po bago nila nfforward results sa embassy? Walang email. Diretso na sa updateng status or additional documents/mr na. For #2, mas maganda na intact ang pera baka kasi hingan ka ng updated pof later. D natin masabi kasi may mga cases na hiningan nito. God bless.

I agree with that. Or you can suggest to your brother that you will surrender the passbook and atm card to him until you receive your MR for his peace of mind.

Hello,

1) Police Certificate - standard na ikaw mag-pick-up and send to your VO
2) Medical Result - yung Fullerton na magpapadala to CIC. I'm not sure though if by Email or courier nila ipapadala. Ang sabi samin in 5 working days pinapadala na nila.
