Hello po. Bago po ako sa thread na ito. Ask ko lang po kung totoo po bang capped out na ang NOC 1111 last November 2014. Hindi ko na po kase alam gagawin ko. Application ko po was received last December 31, 2014 by Donnie sa Nova Scotia. Pa advise naman po seniors.

As I remember it around first week December naka-post pa sa CIC website yung count....go back to previous post dito sa forum para maview mo yung count during around time para sa NOC 1111..tanda ko post yun ni kimchilover

pa help. kc nabigyan na kami questionnaires ng VO para sa pag update namin ng married status. naibalik na naman sa knila pero hnggang ngaun wala pa MR. at wala din naman sinabi smin n mag fill out ng form at magbayad ng additional fee.
inupdate namin kc marital status namin. nungh nagapply dati single pero nagpakasal na kami at nakakuha ng PER pero wala pa din MR.

3 months na simula nung PER.

Hi. Gumawa na ako profile for EE. Pero may nagcomment dun sa nagsabing "returned application" na di daw xia totoo. Kase sabi nireturn daw application nia dahil puno na NOC1111 pero sabi din nia may job offer xia. Dba ndi kasama sa CAP ang mga may job offer. Bakit irereturn yung kanya?Meron din nagpost sabi nia December 30 applicant xiah tapos natanggap na nia PER nia. Heheh. Gulo noh? :-\

File received by cic sept 12 noc 2171 payment mode is DD. Cic agency kami. Also, nagemail na kami sa cic jan 28 pero wala pa response.

september applicant din ako and CC charged november under NOC 2133..inabot ng 2 months PER ko and nagsend ako inquery january...malamang natabunan papers ko so sa inquery nalaman siguro nila na nandun papel ko....response time nila sa aking enquirry is 1 month...siguro pwede k pa maghinaty sa response nila...

Oo nga, gulo.pero cge lang, just hope for the best and prepare for the worst na lang. Sana nga pasok pa lahat ng NOC 1111 up to Dec 31. May mga kakilala din ako ng-apply nung early Dec eh. They are yet to receive their status. Kitakits tayong mga accountants and auditors sa Canada.

"I am a 3rd Sept, 2014 applicant. I got a reply for my email I sent on 6th Nov, 2014. And below is the reply.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on January 10, 2015 as the cap of NOC 2171 has been reached. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.

This now rests all speculations regarding any future prospects for 2171. The most important to note here is that my app was returned only last friday, i.e., 10th Jan, 2015. Dont know why it took more than 50 days for them to return my app after the cap fill. Anyway, it does not matter now.

wait mo lang paul kami more than 3 months before na update ang second line namen im sure on the way na communication from CEM. Bulk of applicants talaga mga june and july kaya natagalan, and change status kayo kaya additional time of waiting. sa website nila average ng Processing sa Manila Visa Office naka state 18 months nagkataon lang na mabilis yung iba.

Hello po,

I recently received my GCMS notes. Normal po na ang Due Date ng medical is a year after your PER is issued? Or is it the maximum time frame? Below is my timeline:

App received: 07/28/2014
NOC: 0112
CC Charged: 11/12/2014
PER: 11/19/2014

Medical Due date as per GCMS: 11/19/2015

Na-notice ko din po na nagbago ang processing time sa CIC website, ang dating 20 months naging 16 months. Which should be the 16th month after my application was received, kung pagbabasehan ang timeline. I hope I am wrong, at mas mabilis pa sa rito and actual na MR. Was also hoping to see updates sa GCMS pero puro not started pa ang background check. Sana dumating na ang MR ng lahat ng naghihintay.

Nakalagay po ba sa GCMS notes yung 16 months na timeline?
Sana totoong meron lang kanya-kanyang deadline for medical kaya hindi sunod-sunod ang processing at schedule ni cem ng MRs.

NOC 1111 here, June 2 app, no 2nd line in ecas at waiting pa dinng MR.
