Woah.. I remember when I was browsing ung prices ng house sa ontario area. Maganda na bahay makukuha mo sa 300k. (Well for my taste. Hehehe)

Do you mind sharing sir kung san city kayo sa oz? Im wondering tuloy if how much ang minimum salary jan na you can live comfortably.

Prices of houses in Ontario depend on the location and how developed the location is, that is, near to a plaza or commercial area, a school nearby, a creekside, etc. You would even notice that houses near to Chinese communities cost more!

I just stumbled upon it when I checked the fsw2014 thread. Nakakaparanoid nga... I ended up checking the photocopies of the application forms and docs I sent hahaha ???

Basta for now let's not worry and keep praying lang po.

Hi Everyone,
Pag nasend mo ang mga documents, paano ang mode of communication with immigration? Paano mo matatrack ang application mo. Do they have an online facility to track at kung may ibibigay na reference sa yo. Paano mo malalaman na natanggap na nila yung documents? Meron po bang may alam ng complete status/ stage of application?

After sending the application, you can track your package through your courier. CIO will not send an e-mail to acknowledge that they already received your application package.

If you already have a Unique Client Identifier # (UCI), you can check the status of your application online here:

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=

If wala pa, you can try calling the CIC Hotline (888-242-2100) and follow the instructions for Permanent Residence (although not everyone who will answer your call will be able to provide you this info. Tiyagaan lang talaga na uulit ulit kang tatawag. Since you don't have the UCI yet, just ignore the prompt to enter the UCI thrice and you will be directed to the next available rep. They will ask you for your last name, birthdate and country of birth.

For those who have applied under 2174, ano po nilagay nyo sa Current Occupation and intended occupation of generic app. form? Pwede ba ilagay Computer programmer?

Sa mga na-grant na ng visa or nakapagpasa na, lahat po ba ng reference letters(COE) nyo ay may benefits (ex. medical, hospitalization etc)? And required talaga may benefits?
