whats the cap situation for NOC 2281?????

Hi, My application NOC 2281 ,was delivered 18th of Dec , Is there any chance to be in cap 1000 . I am extremely worry .

thank you guys , welcome to waiting club . In case all the documents are well-prepared according to checklist , I think December applicants will be charged by the end of February . Is my estimation correct ?

I am also on same NOC code and they received file on 23 Dec 2014. Cap is still open so hope for the best !

would you please share that how did you find out the cap is still open? according to CIC website until 16th of December ( 493 completed + 222 pending ) also they haven't updated the page until today 12.30 .

Out of total of 1000 cap 715 is announced to be covered which includes 493 capped and 222 completed application received which we can be presume that it would add up to the actual cap making 285 still open until they release updated information. Information last updated on 16 Dec 2014 so I think room here is only for new completed application received in remaining 15 days before they stop accepting new application under FSW program. So for this NOC 2281 looking how this is been filled until now from May, I can expect that it should be open.

I will eagerly wait to get my per according to your calculation and wish everyone who applied in December get as well,BTW, I suppose the final update of CIC completed application will realize our estimations about capacity reached in our NOC . it is quite probable to be update today after two weeks .

I'm Afraid that the cap published is till mid October , not till 16th December. The completed application mean that the applications that they have open and went through the completeness check. As per the SS still they have not open November application Yet!!!!!!!

So the 285 is the remaining sheets for November + December Applicants.

I read in another topic related to 2281 noc that today a applicant charged who had delivered his application on October 22 . This shows that they are about to charge November applications .

I just checked CIC website and its was last updated on Nov 19, 2014. "Applications received toward the overall cap: 227 of 500 (as of November 19, 2014)." Next update would bring lot more clarity on capping and lets have our finger crossed until that time

the items you checked were related to PHD stream , we applied for FSW . The page was updated on December 16th

Yes you are right, my bad. Are you referring to page modified date as 16 Dec or its been stated somewhere else ?

exactly at the end of page , mentioned last modified December 16th , but we should check the charged applications and this page simultaneously .
