Well Microzone , I am really sorry to say with great sorrw , YOUR APPLICATION will be sent back 99%

Birth certificate is mandatory , as they consider it as proof of age.

It will be your pure luck , ( dat has 1% chance ) if they accept without certificate, as you even didnt sent them any affidavit or explanation that why you didnt sent your birth certificate along with it ,

There is 1 thing , As you have applied in november , I highly recommend to RUSH a courier with your translated Birth certificate along with all the details of your application , So that they include that in your app if they stil has to process it.

Wish you good luck !!!
my consultant replied me cic accept SSLC certificate as aproof of age, which i send already with the application. advise me how far is it acceptable.

Thanks for replying me. So that i can expect at the end of this month near about 30 Dec.

Hi everyone,

I came to know, they are charging money between 70 -75 days(avg.) after receipt of application. And for NDVO they are generating PER within 7 to 10 days(avg.) after payment charge. So we can expect our PER accordingly.

Your consultant is wrong and mis leading you , I am sure - Birth certificate is mandatory as they are awarding you points according to your age,

Why are you risking your future , Immediately send Birth certificate for you and yoru spouse ( if accompanying ) and send to CIO sydney office , with a covering letter explaining the details of your application and requesting to add same in your file.

Thnxx

I have a somewhat related case, I am the principal applicant and I submitted copy of my birth certificate not certified though but my husband submitted an affidavit saying he has misplaced his birth cert but it does not carry the name of either of his parents. Will this suffice or should we get another legal document with the names of his parents on it and send before our application is considered (1st Nov applicant). But we are thinking if we do this, CIC might get to know its a recent document and may reject application as a result. Pls I need reactions/comments especially from experiences

actually we dont have birth certificate at all, when i approach the municipality they dont have record, and they said i have to get it from court.
then when i inform to my consultant, he advise me that for indian nationals cic are accepting SSLC certificate as proof of age.
what to do now it is not easy task to get birth cerificate from court. may be if i file now in court i can get it for FSW2015!!!!!!.
now i have to believe my consultant no option for me. :-X

You can send an affidavit , stating your name , parents name & date of birth and can say that you have not obtained BC till now and will apply through court

Similarly your parent also gove an afgidavit that you are their son and born on this this date and certify same

This is accepted and later on you can send them birth certificate when you get from court.

They may or may not ask you later on .

Thats the correct way - AGAIN I AM SAYING SSL is not accepted as proof if age for any national.

No problem , if he has given affidavit that he has misplaced birth certificate .

Just make sure that you have his birth certificate obtained till the time you get AOR as they may ask you to submit with MR request

Microzone,

I would advise you ask other indian nationals that have gotten PER what they did, if they used birth certificate or SSLC? They are the best set of people to advise you here.

Hello to All:
