today cap is 166 , it is believe that cic working on 3rd or 4th week september applicants,

my file reaching on december 2 Ie monday ,

what do you think guys... will I be in CAP.
i guess November 2nd week applicants need not worry , after that its dicy..

In approx 4.5 months cic has received 166 complete applications for 2263. my guess is another 3 months to fill cap. so december applicants stand a chance.

its been quite few days 2263 applicants are not discussing any thing, and my blood preassure is increasing nowdays. no updates in the cap??

dont worry november applicants surely will be in cap because from last 2 months 64 applications included in cap and from now onwards applicants load is low.

what about the birth certificates, i didnt send it, but i include my x std certificate as a proof of age. will it be ok?
am bit worried about it when i see some application got reject bcoz of birth cert missing.

if u didnt send the birth certificate then it is not a thing if some document is missing then u r required to give a explaination letter about it.otherwise ur application will be considered incomplete.

Well Microzone , I am really sorry to say with great sorrw , YOUR APPLICATION will be sent back 99%

Birth certificate is mandatory , as they consider it as proof of age.

It will be your pure luck , ( dat has 1% chance ) if they accept without certificate, as you even didnt sent them any affidavit or explanation that why you didnt sent your birth certificate along with it ,

There is 1 thing , As you have applied in november , I highly recommend to RUSH a courier with your translated Birth certificate along with all the details of your application , So that they include that in your app if they stil has to process it.
