If u r ACCA membership already, it will be quite easy as ACCA has joint scheme with CGA---u only need to finish one on line course, then u get CGA. Quite easy and quick, I do it last dec and get my certificate this mar.

I am ready with my file for FSW NOC code 1112. Will send the same on Monday along with the WES education credential evaluation.

1) I was wondering if anyone has sent the file with an electronic printout of the same along with the receipt. Can you send your file without ECE in any condition?
2) I am also wondering how many people globally would have sent theri files under NOC 1112 by now?
3) Is there an overnight delivery from India to Canada. The fastest I have found till now is third day delivery.

Put Federal skilled worker category 1, or NOC category. These two are the same. NOC category 1 doesn't have meaning ;D

We have same status. I googled the distance and it says that it will take a day and a couple of hours drive from ontario..your docs should arrive 10 May morning or sooner

Did your courier get delivered??? Mine is showing "Departed Facility in NOVA SCOTIA AREA - CANADA" since 4:18pm on Friday.....seems like they are delivering our packages on foot......
its very disappointing to see that I mailed by package out on the 7th and its been 5 days already and hasnt been delivered yet...... i've completely lost all hopes.....

I studied Food Technology in my undergraduate, I have an MBA and also professional Masters in Industrial and Personnel Relations. However, I have over 5yrs experience in Investment Banking.

Pls how will I be scored in experience vis-a-vis my education since I dint study anything related to Finance and Investment Banking in my undergraduate. Do I need to state that I av a Masters in Industrial n Personnel relations since it doesn't really allign with Finance and Investment.

It is not just designation it is important to have your educational qualification, You need to have
-A bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration or economics
and
On-the-job training and industry courses and programs are usually required.

-A master's degree in business administration (MBA) (concentration in finance) or in finance may be required.

-The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, available through a program conducted by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts in the United States, may be required by some employers.

If you have any of the above and can adjust your job description you can make it

Hi Coolguy2010 and other senior members,

One big mistake that has been made by me and I need your honest opinion. I have sent my FSW NOC Category1 application on 04.05.13 evening itself. Later on I noticed that although I had used the new checklist which was uploaded by 4th May, but unfortunately the Generic form and the Schedule 3 were of older version. I believe these 2 forms had been changed to the newer version of May 2013 at some later time.

Now what are my chances of my application getting accepted or rejected? This has come as a big shock to me as I have been waiting for long for the Canada immigration to open.

Do u think it is a good idea to sent the new forms now along with a copy of my payment details already sent, for CIC to be able to co-relate the two packets. Or new form sending would not help in any way. I am totally confused.

Pl. advise so as I can act promptly and immediately to help my case being totally rejected.

Unfortunately sbo, it's not yet delivered. Same status as yours and same time also. Delivered on foot meaning nobody has received it and signed for it..Hopefully not..

Same here..im losing hope but if it's yours , it will find a way.

1) No you cant sent electronic or email print of ECA
2) You can check out the trackers and not all the people come online and update the tracker
3)even direct flights it takes close to a day. 3 days is the best u can get.

unfortunately a lot of ppl applying under 1112 this year. i know 7-8 ppl from my office who have already sent their applications.
if your application does not reach to cic by the end of this week, your chances are very slim!!!
