FSW2014 NOC 4214 Applicants Lets Network Here

29-31 Dec applicants have to show a lot of patience. Applications sent from all over the world from 20th Dec onward were received at cic in these three days. Moreover, it was the twilight of FSW2014 so double the expected numbers. I think we should consider these three days as a separate month. I name it THIRTEENUARY, the 13th month of 2014 !

I don't know how to figure this out. There is no logic that s true for CIC. In another thread I have read that charging for 29th Dec has already started. And someone has quoted to this extent that charging for fsw 2014 will be over with in a couple of days. And certainly the game is over for all who haven't been or will not be charged in this week.
In NOC 4214 as well 23rd and 24th Dec applicants have been charged but applicants from 15th Dec are still waiting to be charged with no intimations whatsoever from CIC whether the application has been rejected/sent back or not.
The wait has finally started playing with my patience now. My anxiety has gone and what is left is only frustration. The first thing I do after I open up my eyes in the morning is to check whether I received the SMS of my CC being charged. But it has not happened.

4214 Applicants: OUR NOC SAFE

It seems some sub-caps have been reached. And that is what forumites are being informed regarding 'Application Return' by CIC call centre. The overall cap should not have reached (my analysis).
Charging has been slow/stopped for last week by CIC. Now, with two reported 29th Dec chargings, it may resume at a better pace.
This may be an internal process by the CIO manager to get a count of eligible applications in each NOC - that MAY be reason in increased number of PERs seen.
So, have FAITH & PATIENCE! It 'll be clear soon!
Called CIC yesterday for the second time. My application not yet on system, not returned & according to operator maybe not opened yet (unlikely as CC may have been done & maybe in que for charging).
But the takeaway from the call was that th application was not returned due to sub-cap or overall cap!

As some of you know, Mexico VO doesn't send AORs. But I checked my ECAS yesterday, and I saw that they updated it including my home address as an addition to my mailing address.

When I clicked on "In process" it remains that we received your application on xxxx.


Does this fact mean anything? Should I expect my MR soon?

I do not know why 4214 has stopped after 24 dec ie TeacherL.
Bindu & Farzan should be next. Both of you should try calling CIC call centre.

Hi Life, charging for 29-31 applicants will take longer than the normal for obvious reasons, i believe it will take another week to be finalized, lets pray for the positive outcome for all the tail-enders !

I completely agree with you bindu, patience is the Key ! All tail-enders need to keep their anxiety under control for one more week! Good news will come, Insha Allah !

Hi Farzana,

I agree deletion of the old thread is an irreparable loss. It was only due to the old thread we all met and mingled. However, most of those members are now sharing their information and thoughts on 4214 whatsapp group so even if we had the old thread intact, the quietness on the thread would have been the same! Suggest you should also join the group to meet the whole family.

Expecting the first good news from you, being the top of the Thirteenaury (29-31 Dec) applicants from 4214.

I believe you had applied in 2011 under NOC 3142 and you were already in Canada? Is my understanding correct?

Could you kindly share your story as to what happened and why have to apply under FSW2014 with changed NOC to 4214?

Also please share your complete timeline, thanks.
