Hi Life, charging for 29-31 applicants will take longer than the normal for obvious reasons, i believe it will take another week to be finalized, lets pray for the positive outcome for all the tail-enders !

Thanks Ali! I agree that lets wait till next weekend. This stopping of charging process is taking its toll on the TAILENDERS. So, let's not think about this for the next 10 days. That's what I think I will do!!!!

I do not know why 4214 has stopped after 24 dec ie TeacherL.
Bindu & Farzan should be next. Both of you should try calling CIC call centre.
And please post update.
Praying for early charging for all of us!!!!

I have already emailed CIC regarding the status of my application. They have replied twice but only for verifying the facts if i am the applicant.
Charging of 24th Dec applicant before me is a glitch for me.
But then i thought the CIC officer who is evaluating my file may be on leave.. may be his wife has fallen ill or he has some other workload to finish first

Hi Farzana,

I agree deletion of the old thread is an irreparable loss. It was only due to the old thread we all met and mingled. However, most of those members are now sharing their information and thoughts on 4214 whatsapp group so even if we had the old thread intact, the quietness on the thread would have been the same! Suggest you should also join the group to meet the whole family.

Expecting the first good news from you, being the top of the Thirteenaury (29-31 Dec) applicants from 4214.

Don't worry, it's happened before that a few people have got charged a few days late! At least you're within the cap dates if 24 Dec applicants have got charged.
I think that's a good approach to have - wait & watch calmly!!

Called up CIC just now. The lady on the other side told me that unless you have a client number it would be impossible for us to see any information regarding your application. She further added that no client number means that you are not on our system. Regarding the application is accepted or rejection, she doesn't have any idea because it is a call centre not Sydney office.

Well.... You could try after a week! Actually a lot of people have reported getting the client ID on the phone only. I guess the operator was not very cooperative. The response given to me is that "not on our system yet".
Keep the spirits up & hope for the best!

Delay could be for any reason .... better call up CIC !

You sure your application was complete and self calculated points were 67 or more? and your Visa office is?
