Can you someone tell me th eprocess of submitting passport to VFS mumbai , do we need to fill any form and take appointment or just go there and submit the passport & pay the fee?

I renewed the passport of my daughter & my VO is New Delhi. My file was transferred to colombo vo on 23rd March, 2015. So, i sent the passport copy to High Commission of Canada, 33 A Fifth Lane, Kollupitiya, Colombo 03. Sri Lanka on 15th July, 2015. But, there is no response from their side. Is it Normal or not?


Please give me reply about this.

I have got the Visa issues last month but have not booked the ticket yet. is it possible to get the currency converted without booking the tickets or mandatory to book ticket first.

also, can someone please advice how much should be the break up for 15000 CAD (2 person):

Cash - how much
In bank account - how much
Travellers cheque - needed or not?

also is it wisable to get the account opened in Scotiabank or any other canadian bank from india, if yes, what is the procedure please...
