Application recd 16-10-2014, PER 15-01-2015,
AOR-25-02-2015 ( NDVO to CVO) ,RPRF request-21-05-2015, Medical request- 22-05-2015
Medical done-24-05-2015,TLU-08-06-2015
DM-27-06-2015, PPR-30-07-2015...
