1 permanent address and 1 mailing address

Hi Opti,

Where do you see two addresses ? When I logged in I see only one address.

Below the address I see that under my name it is written "Processing" and When I click on that I see all my 4 "Line Updates".

Hi all i have received 4 page letter along with copr and passports from ndvo.in that letter one line is written "before you leave for canada we will let you know what further proceedures are required" what does this mean and also copr letter has got" not valid for travel " printed in crossed form,is this normal.

Do you got the answer for " "before you leave for canada we will let you know what further proceedures are required" ???

not valid for travel is normal.
COPR is not a travel document.
they will stamp your passport with Canadian visa which is your travel document.
once you land they will make your stamp invslid by using a pen and crosslining it.
thrn COPR is the only document proof you hsve as a permanent resident until you get your card.
dont worry about address. It's just for namesake.
address does matter after you land. They will update your ecas with the address you provided in Canada for which they will send your PR card to.

Hello everyone,

Quick question: I applied for FBI clearance in January '15 and received it in late April/early may of this year. I received an AOR letter from Colombo on the 18th of March and haven't heard anything since. My questions are:

How long is the FBI clearance valid for and should I apply for a new one? I've heard that it's valid for six months as long as it's received by the VO within 3 months of being issued. Mine is probably already over three months old.

Thank you for your help. Given how long the FBI takes to process these requests I would need to ask for a new one as soon as possible.

Hello bro GMRL,
Every PCC is valid till 3months and must be not more than 3 months old.

Please check this link and go to Police certificate section
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5527ETOC.asp

If you already submitted your FBI biometric PCC to CIC they will not ask again if it is expire, as CIC know the time taken for FBI PCC.
