Is there anyone from NOV who has not got MR yet.
If I do not get MR request, does it mean my application is not accepted.

your file has been accepted that's why you got PER.
in case of rejection or negative decision made before MR you will get notification email.
it doesn't happen unless you dont meet 67 points. In case of misinterpreted data or any other issues you will get fairness letter and one month time to prove it otherwise.
I believe your visa officer is different snd he must be busy with study visa processing.
when I was waiting for MR my fellow forum mates applied one month after me were done with medical.
but after my medical things are super fast. Hope the same for you.

Hiii Seniors ……..pls reply how they are processing files???? because I applied with same Noc 2232 in Nov 24 and AOR on 7th April, until now did not receive MR request but DEC applicant is getting MR request.

I am bit worried!!!

congrats kris. +1 for mentioning linked in information.
They do check linked in profiles not only the candidates but sometimes the profile of person provided the reference as well.
I remember one candidate from wvo got fairness letter because when they checked the linked in profile of person provided reference letter they found thst the profile was not saying about the time he worked for the company. Actually he didn't update his profile but candidate got in to trouble.
these days Canadian employers are also checking fb profiles as well to find the applicsnt's attitude and character.
