oh man thank God first.
I know a few got rejected from London and warsaw visa offices for the same reason.
you could have got rejected from CIO itself.
a few people say we dont hsve to provide elaborate job duties and responsibilities but the fact is we hsve to because FSWP is through experience onlym we have to prove that we did those duties.
I would suggest you to provide a reference letter with at least 25 duties and responsibilities.
refer other people with same noc. There is nothing much is needed other than thst.
consider what other seniors opinions too.

when we don't provide a good jdr we are not basically proving that we did thst job.
Salary slips and bank statements are additional documents only.
but what should be well prepared is the reference letter.
you will be fine when you provide that.
make sure that jdr is matching with your noc's requirements.

and the reason of my nervousness is that visa officer said that I do not have sufficent work experience that was assessed at the time of eligibility review.

Pls. Advise, i have a situation, due to some unavoidable circumstances, i had to leave my job last month. Now i am in two minds whether to join new or wait for PR decision first. I have required experience for my NOC. Pls suggest whether it is necessary to update VO on Resignation of job even after PER and AOR. Do they only verify the jobs/experience till application date only. Is it advisable to unnecessary confuse them ?

Pls. me on this decision....your help is much appreciated.

it's better to inform them. Because in case of a telephone enquiry they may ask you to come on line with your company telephone.
in thst case your absence may confuse them.choose wisely. Consider what others say as well
