I would need your expert advice on my situation concerning my Case

My Timelines

App Received - 1 oct 2014
PER - 10 Jan 2015
AOR from Colombo- 13 Feb 2015

Status - In process (We Received Your Application on 1 Oct )
File transferred NDVO to CVO

Basis above please suggest what should i do as people from later periods have progressed and i am not sure how to go about it
shall i write to Colombo Visa office and what should be the matter and would it affect my case or continue to wait

Last night I received an email from colombo visa office stating my experience is not sufficient and they gave me 1 month to provide all the evidence
What should I do in this situation I feel numb and scared plz plz plz plzzzzzz help me

My timeline:

Applictn Date : 9th Oct
CC Charged on : 17th Dec
PER : 15th Jan
AOR from CVO : 13th Feb

CVO is already on March AOR files, and people from FEB AOR most of them have gotten their medicals. SO you should be getting it very soon. Rather early next week

how was your reference letter for job duties and responsibilities.
how many pages was the reference letter and how many years of experience you have.

I have not provided reference letter
I just Provided Job letter (Experience certificate) of 19 months, Salary certificate and bank statement of salary cheques
What additional documents I need to provide they just gave me 30 days to complete all this. Please help me.

Yes I provided very brief description of that.

oh man thank God first.
I know a few got rejected from London and warsaw visa offices for the same reason.
you could have got rejected from CIO itself.
a few people say we dont hsve to provide elaborate job duties and responsibilities but the fact is we hsve to because FSWP is through experience onlym we have to prove that we did those duties.
I would suggest you to provide a reference letter with at least 25 duties and responsibilities.
refer other people with same noc. There is nothing much is needed other than thst.
consider what other seniors opinions too.
