Hi my name is Daniela and im from Lima, Peru. My application just arrive this week to sydney new scotia and I dont know the process it will follow the applications. Is CIC will contact me that they recieved my application? are they going to gave me a file number to check my application status? please im really worry.

Sir,
We acknowledge receipt of the documents you have recently submitted.
Your application is in queue for review. An exact review schedule is not yet available. However, all applications are reviewed in the order in which they were received.
At the moment, there is no need for further action on your part.
Our office will contact you should we require additional documents or information.
Thank you for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.
Also we kindly request that you carefully read the following information posted on the CIC website, as it is relevant to your case:

For this reason all processing issues have been delayed and it is not currently possible for us to give you an approximate timeframe for when your application will begin to be processed.
Posted processing times for both temporary and permanent resident visa applications do not take into account work stoppages.
Contingency plans are already in place to ensure all offices remain open and are providing at least a minimum level of service. Priority will be placed on urgent humanitarian applications.

· Updated IMM0008 “Generic Application Form For Canada”

· Updated IMM5669 “Schedule A” for yourself and your spouse

· Updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” for yourself and your spouse

• Updated “Schedule 3” for yourself


· Updated evidence of settlement funds (showing 6 months deposits/ withdrawals history) for yourself/ your spouse

· Medical examination for all

Original police certificate for yourself and your spouse from the State where you are currently residing, and backhome

· Updated letter of reference from current employer confirming employment along with detailed description of your duties OR proof of current enrollment and attendance at school.

• Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) for yourself and your spouse.
