med's done must be in 45 days frome Med's request

we had our 1st medical request dec. 1 2011 and was done january 15, 2012... unfortunately, it expires and cic requested us to have our 2nd medical exam requested january 8, 2013, my kids were done by february but mine had a problem, i was suspected having PTB, and had to undergo further tests to confirm, tests are all negative and luckily, i got cleared and submitted the results last MAY 7, 2013..

I suggest you find a PNP thread or create one if there are none to track your progress with other co-applicants. I believe you just got document request which is in line with the CIC claim on their Ottawa VO site which states for PNP applicants:

"All applications received before 1 September 2011 in Buffalo have now been reviewed. All principal applicants who submitted applications before this date should have received a communication from the Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa (CPP-O) office. If you have not received any instructions or updates from CPP-O and you fall within this group, please contact the Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100 with your name and file number (if known)."

I for one have not been tracking PNP progress and can't really say how long it's taking these days. But I know for sure you won't have to take another Medical exam (God willing) that's very unusual for applicants with nomination from a province.

i already emailed ott-pilot about this matter, hoping they will reply.. we had consultation agency, who processed our papers, but whenever we asked them about our application, they would only reply, what ottawa VO said to them.. we had our batchmates and all of them already got their PR.. but ours?? we haven't heard anything.. hopefully before end of this year.. what do you think?? hehehehe

Anyone and everyone whose application was under Federal Skilled Worker Without Job Offer and under MI-2 i.e between July'10 till Jan '12 (MI-2 & MI-3) and application is at either of North American Visa Offices i.e. NY, LA, Port of Spain, Mexico City, Ottawa etc... let's connect and track the status of our files
