I have an EE profile waiting to get ITA since 2 months...
If I start working on FSW track of different state, will there be any impact of it on my EE track?
should these two be considered as a separate cases?

I don't really understand your question.

Are you asking if it's possible to apply for PNP in more than one province at a time ? If so, the answer is yes, it's possible.

I made a profile through express entry and now waiting for ITA without any provincial nomination.

If meanwhile, I apply to any state federal skilled worker program, will this be ok? As I don't want to disturb my Express Entry profile.

There's no such thing as "state federal skilled worker program", "state" and "federal" are opposite things.

What istari and I are trying to guess is that you are referring to a provincial nomination program as a skilled worker.
