since I am on two SP groups, most PPR correspondence letter has the address of Edmonton, Is it a visa office?
If so except on Sundays it's a flood of SP decisions starting at 11 am Canadian time.
Yes, it is and as it happens, thats my VO. Apparently, they are finishing all the study permit processing.

I don't know about the possible outcome of SP, but i did apply for a North American certificate course.
A second master's in business with a specialization will be fine. A sponsorship letter from the employer supports your background and intention of this study.
Never ever apply for an English course in Canada. 90% it is rejected with the reason- PA is from India where English is used well and it's stupid of them to come to Canada to learn English hehe. I have seen the gcms notes of some applicants where the reason is mentioned. Come to England bruh for it

Considering your profile I believe you have ample chances of getting a SP approved, Since there's no mention of your fiancé's educational background so unable to comment on it. But the real deal is when you get married and apply it together it'll be a bit difficult to establish ties to your homeland when your spouse is accompanying especially when you are a resident of india, But we have @wonderbly here to give some suggestions.
The employer's sponsorship is strong tho, and you'll need to show more liquid funds when spouse is accompanying.
Yes, OP definitely has a higher chance than his partner. Chances go up even more if your employer is willing to sponsor you. Make sure that the Master's program is relevant to your field of study and current work progression and choose a public DLI.

Having a EE profile is not a problem at all, as long as you have not received ITA. To avoid any unnecessary scrutiny, open a new GCKey account for your study permit application. No need to mention your EE profile at all.

I was 40+ and still got approved for my 3rd master's program. It's all about how you present your case. Good luck.

My two favorite usernames in the forum @HopelesslyDevoted @Copingwithlife reflects the sad state of IRCC processing
Them both used to come here often until a few months back
mine is @OneStepAtATime and the user is literally following it in his life i hope.

Which country are you from? By "Repeating a masters" you mean repeating MBA? I am not sure how will it fly... My wife sort of went with double masters in the beginning to get her foot into the university and later converted that into Phd. But, we were applying from with in Canada...

Why don't you try and find a job in Canada? Or join a company that allows easy internal transfers? I know many tech companies do... Thats how I ended up here.

Sorry, just saw your answer some posts back. HRM is a bit of crowded space. How many years have you been working in HRM? Is it a lot? Try switching your specialisation into say Business Analyst? That may still fly. Plus Business Analyst tend to be generalists as well. I mean if you are planning to go through the trouble of doing another masters, then why not adjust your career line a bit to make yourself more amenable to Canadian market. Lastly, HRMs in Canada is a role that is a bit dominated by women. I mean you are not just planning to come here but come here and build a career, right?

Also, is there any specific reason for this hurry?
HRM is a recipe for refusal, as it's kind of too generic and you really can't justify why you would want to learn Canadian HR practices when that would most likely not be same as your home country.

100% agree with lord Gandi here.- Business Analyst (or similar routes) specialization is better option.

@ImpatientKangaroo
But you ain't got no wife :D .
BTW, reading through my GCMS notes, I can see that I am assumed to be inland now :p.
My address and phone number has been updated and under "Counterfoil Required" it says not required. Also, one of the notes by the Program Assistant under General says "Applicant now inland. Pending RCMP biometrics processing result". However Case Officer revised this to say " RCMP certificate not required. Requested updated **previous resident country name**Police Certificate for PA".

So yeah - Inland, babyyyyyyyy!

Oh okay, so when you're inland you just do a virtual landing of some sort and that's it?

FeelsGoodMan. Now if I can actually get an ITA that'd be great
